My household is not a place where we called any agency for incremental things, but when an agency starts to make plans/arguments with the aide and not the family is a problem. Trying to get ahold of Melissa was an awful and nonresponsive task via phone & text. She gives out her contact info., but responding was not her thing. Then Mr. Regmi Suraj definitely gives off the vibe that the customer is unimportant the way he addresses you and always saying they've been calling and left messages...now that was amazing for a grown person to say knowing that it was false. So finely this company found their out, for us only being associated with them for around six months. Mr. Suraj informed me that they were relieving their services from our need....with a lame excuse. So those looking to do business with this company and you are educated you are in for a rude awakening.

So a month or so back, I wrote a proposal for one of my clients to get a big, huge, honkin', cool…read morecontract to provide health fairs to a Central Ohio employer with 12,000 employees. We never really expected to get it because we know we charge more than some other places in town, but we think we're pretty darn good. And so did this company. We got the contract! And the employees must have thought we were pretty good too because we have gotten more than 400% higher a participation rate than was 1st expected. That's a lot. And we realized that to be able to handle it, we were going to need some help. And that's where Interim stepped in. We have been working with them to bring in extra nurses when we don't have enough due to demand (we're paying them of course). This past Tuesday they really saved us. Not only did they have 2 nurses cover staffing holes we couldn't fill, but they loaned us 4 biometric screening machines* since we were short a few. Not only that, but they loaned us some cartridges for the machines since an "error" led to our equipment cooler being unplugged and $8000 in medical supplies ruined. Loaned us. We will pay them back but because we were in a pinch, they loaned them to us. And they're a competitor of ours. When I went to pick up the supplies, the staff was super nice. Almost made me feel bad that we got the contract instead of them. Almost, but not quite. =) *For those who want to know, a biometric screening machine takes a drop of blood and gives a reading of cholesterol, LDL, HDL, blood glucose, and triglycerides in 10 minutes. Pretty cool stuff!
