In total, I was only there for an hour (tops) from beginning to end. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the person I worked with was courteous and efficient. I have no issues from a costumer service standpoint. My issue is with the outrageous rate they charged me.

The IRS apparently disagrees, and sent me a bill for more than $2600. No one from Smith Tax Service has bothered to return any of the four messages I've left since getting the IRS notice. Will NEVER use them again.
