David was of no help and had little concern for how the claims department was managing the process. To me the worst part about the situation was that David did not seem to care. His comment was something to the effect that oh it's bad when there's a bad claim. Did not express any type of concern for us as his clients. About a year after having insurance with David, I called to let him know we would be canceling. Again he seem to not care at all and said OK no problem. Look elsewhere for an insurance agent! State Farm and Andy Charles has done a fantastic job for us, he listens and he actually seems to care!

He is one of the best accounts that I can recommend in the Denver area, especially for the Vietnamese/Chinese population. He is located in the top floor of the Far East Center near Federal and Alameda. If you've ever been here, parking is a pain the butt when it's busy here (and it tends to be very busy here). Also, there always seems to be a line for those who are wanting to see Neil. So, I would definitely recommend coming early and when you have a good amount of time on your hands. When you walk in, you'll just want to sign in with your name and information on the clipboard. You'll be called in when Neil is ready for you. While you're waiting, there's always a little bit of refreshments for customers. It's a very nice gesture, and one that I always looked forward to as a child. To keep you busy while you're waiting, there's plenty of magazines on the coffee table located in the middle of the waiting area. There isn't really any electric outlets to plug in a phone or a computer, nor is there Wi-Fi. But, a little time away from electronics never hurt anyone too badly. When you walk in his office, you'll see his office is lined with boxes pertaining to his restaurant/commercial customers. Just another way showing how trusted he is in the community. The front desk customer service has consistently been the snobbiest I've seen at any bank. After giving them several different tries, I think I'll stick to any of the other locations (despite my work being within a block of this location). If the other location's tellers had the customer service skills similar to this location's, I would have moved banks years ago. Go to the location on 8th and Colorado blvd, their Bowles location in Littleton, or their Stapleton location; they are way better!
