It's that dreading time of the year again... tax season! And I always wait last minute because for some reason these last 2 years I had owed the IRS money and I'm like umm I don't even make that much money! So I walked in this place scared. But the second I sat down and met the preparer Dolores, I felt a sense of calmness. I was no longer nervous and I felt right away she was determined to help me. She was so easy to talk to! She took a look at my forms and helped me out soooo much. She explained to me why I owed and how to prevent owing so much next year. Now, I am not educated in taxes and all the terms. Being the oldest of a first generation family in America it's easy to be taken advantage of in the American tax system. No one tells you what the words mean on w-4's. Dolores took the time to walk me through my forms. Explained things to me that no other tax preparer ever has. I was beyond blown away by the service and the care. She really cares about the person in her seat and answers any and all questions you have! I felt comfortable enough to ask questions where normally I would not have in fear of looking uneducated. Because of this place, I am no longer scared of taxes. I now know what to expect for next year! I have already recommended people to come check this place out next year because of how blown away I was with the service. Both friends stated they wish they went to Liberty and spoke with Dolores this year for their taxes, but good thing they are open all year round for any questions. I now have my tax place. I was at this location looking for Diana because I have a little problem with my last year taxes and because i was told any little problem you might have just come to us.. completely bs.. not only Diana is not here at this location the only lady that knows how to do taxes is useless she doesn't know to work the computer calling Mr Ken for any little problem if front of all the customer..!
