Just a very bad decision giving them a try after my long time tax accountant sold his business. Terrible!. No return phone calls, no one ever answers the phone , no one in the office after making multiple office visits, your taxes are second after they get done reviewing them finding out taxes are their second part time job etc! The list goes on. Do yourself a favor and find a different tax consultant.
