Had a great experience with Jim! I was a little nervous when I came in and found out my meeting was via Skype... But after about 20 minutes, felt really comfortable! He took me through the entire tax return process / forms & did his best to make sure we went over all the necessary items (I had moved across country, got a new job over the course of the year so it was a little more complicated than your normal W-2) I could probably file my taxes by myself next year! Tried to get my taxes done with Jim, After two no shows i gave up. He was recommended by a friend and i was warned that jim is not very responsible with his customers time.
