We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

I am very disappointed that these issues were blamed entirely on the system, with no acknowledgment or apology. She actually told me to take it as savings! I am talking about thousands of dollars that I overpaid the IRS. I knew something was wrong, and I asked her to triple-check them.
