I went to liberty for clogged ears and left happy. The place was clean. They were quick, kind and professional.

After arriving 10 min before my time, I waited 30 mins past my appointment time to be seen. They gave my an xray for my sore wrist. I was told my wrist was fractured, given a brace. a link to my xray, and told to go to an ortho dr. At that appointment, the doctor told me it was the wrong xray. I called liberty, got a different link, which was of my wrist. I was told it was NOT fractured. I was told to rest the wrist for two weeks. So, long wait, wrong xray, incorrect diagnosis. Not much good there, but a lot of incompetence. read more

I go to Liberty almost every year because of yearly bronchitis and they are so helpful. They are caring and listen to concerns without you feeling rushed to get out. I come from Philadelphia to get care with them because they are that nice. read more

Made an appointment online- arrived on time and then told it's an hour wait. Ended up being 1 hr & 45 min wait. I said what was the appt/reservation for then? I got some dismissive answer. This same scenario happened to at least 4 more people who walked in w "appointments". The woman said, it's not an appt, it's a reservation. Why bother? Don't take reservations if it does absolutely nothing except create frustration for patients. They text me 10 min before to confirm my appt. Again nowhere did I see that they don't honor this. The tech who took me back and took BP clearly was miserable and said 2 words. The doc who saw me was great though and obviously was overworked but she was excellent. There was one doc on for a busy Sat. Deceptive business practices, imo. It would have been fine w/o the reservation debacle. read more

We dropped in without an appointment. Front desk was courteous, professional, and helpful. Facility was clean, the PA was knowledgeable and thorough. The entire process went quite smoothly and quickly, with the prescription waiting for us at the nearby pharmacy. Excellent staff and experience. read more

Lots of negative reviews, so I figured I'd leave a positive one because my experience here was great. I was seen right away without an appointment, and the process was very streamlined from check in to intake to assessment to check out. Very user friendly site, staff was professional and efficient. I will never go to this facility again. I had an appointment and waited 2 hours. Once I was called into a room the male nurse didn't ask me any questions, he took my blood pressure and left the room. I sat in the room for another half hour until I finally left. I never saw the doctor. Don't waste your time going to The Liberty Urgent Care in Horsham. They are the worst. read more

I came in late after work because of eye swelling. Blindness runs in my family so I get nervous when anything weird happens with my eyes and I didn't want to let it go. Administration was miserably snooty. They tried to charge me twice for a copay. The doctor sat by the door the entire time, never actually looking at my eye, dismissing my concerns, and wrote up an antibiotic which seemed to work until recently ther swelling is back. I called to see if the doctor could just send the prescription over since he seems to not actually need to look at this patient's but I was told by an equally snooty receptionist that I would have to come in. Dr. Garbarino was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive during my appointment. She did not listen to my concerns, and basically told me I was making up my pain. She also called me a bitch behind my back as I walked out for stating that I was not happy with her care. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

I am really sad to write this review but I think it's important. To start, I am a nurse practitioner. So I have a fairly good working knowledge of medicine. I also have three kids and am a fairly experienced mom. We have used Liberty for several years now when we need help with ear infections, etc and our PCP isn't open. I want to be clear that Dr Soiferman is amazing. He is kind, attentive, and a generally wonderful physician. The staff there are all really nice and get you in and out quickly. There is a new physician now, however, that is so awful that I am not going to return. My son has suffered ruptured eardrums five times due to ear infections. It is superbly easy to tell when it happens because his ear drains nasty stuff for a few days - and if you look inside, you clearly see a hole (I have done it myself). This doctor tried to tell my husband it was swimmers ear. With absolutely zero signs or symptoms of swimmers ear in place. He has also previously insinuated I should treat my own kids and write their prescriptions (I refuse as this is out of my scope of practice - I treat adults), and repeatedly did not listen to me when I was trying to explain to him what was going on with my son at a separate visit. He is unprofessional, does not listen to the patient whatsoever and misdiagnosed my child. I have loved Liberty for years, but this physician is dangerous and I will not return now. I truly am sad to write this because the rest of the team is just wonderful. UPDATE: Dr Soiferman called me to talk about my concerns and was so incredibly receptive and responsive that I need to update my review. I so appreciated the time he took and the care he gave both during that call and of my family in the past that I am updating my review. I do still stand my my review of Dr Reid, however, I back the rest of the Liberty staff 100%. Thank you so much for your personal attention and care. read more

Don't Believe the wait times even making an on line appt is a joke I waited almost 2 hours from my scheduled time

I stopped in due to a sore throat that I couldn't get an appointment with my regular doctor for. Called ahead for information and nurse Marina was super nice and knowledgeable. Sign-in process was very easy and the forms weren't too bad to fill out. I did have to wait around 30 minutes to be seen which wasn't that bad considering there were 3 people ahead of me when I walked in. Dr. Soiferman was kind and very professional! The place was very clean and all of the staff that I encountered were very nice with the exception of 1. I will be back again if I ever need to! read more

They should really be more clear about how much it is to get a rapid test. You wait in line outside and finally when you get near the door there is a tiny sign that reads "Rapid Test-$89.99". I had to do it in a pinch but there's plenty of places doing rapid tests for FREE. Also they do NOT take insurance for rapid tests. read more

I have been to the Horsham location many times since it opened. While the quality of care from medical staff has been decent, the management of patient flow has recently left a lot to be desired. You sign up in advance for an arrival time, and pre-fill out insurance information. In my last three visits - despite having a booked arrival time I have waited more then 90 minutes to see a doctor. The desk staff are dismissive at best when asked to estimate your place in line, and the visits feel more rushed from the docs. This has frankly started to feel like a "visit mill" and has lost the quality it opened with. I would recommend finding another spot. read more

We booked an appointment for a Covid test which was supposed to be covered by insurance. We stood in line in freezing cold weather for 40 minutes. When I got to the window they said it would be $99 for the Covid test and that insurance didn't cover it because it was a quick test. I went ahead and paid for it because I've been standing in line freezing for so long. This place is a total rip off. read more

I went here at the advice of my PCP after a telehealth visit. Check in was ok, no personality of the clerk other than asking me to fill out iPad info, paperwork, and of course my credit card. I was the only person there yet had to wait over 30min to get back to a room. This was because the doctor there, Dr Reid, was busy (and loudly) arguing with a bank about missing paperwork. When he finally arrived in the room, he talked over my concerns, made a quick diagnosis and offered antibiotics. I had to explain that I already took some with little relief. He then insisted my problem must be better then. He then actually left the room to go back to argue with the bank again. When he came back, he was again very short and rude with me, not listening to my concerns. He frequently was trying to get an X-ray even though I didn't need one I left very upset, unsatisfied, and frustrated that I spent a good deal of money for nothing. I had read some other reviews about this same doctor and hoped that I wouldn't be seeing him, but that didn't work out. I will say the facility was clean and the medical assistant was nice, but otherwise I would not be returning here again. read more

Using Liberty urgent care was a very frustrating experience. Using an online booking to "reserve" your spot is completely pointless as they take first come first serve. I understand I did come on a Saturday which is potentially a very busy day to go to an urgent care, but I never expected my experience to be what it was. My time I selected was 12:30 for an ear infection. Upon arriving I'm told it's going to be an hour wait. No biggie I guess but why have reserved times allowed to select? I was sent on my way then shortly after contacted to return to fill out paperwork they forgot to give me. After filling out my paper work I waited close to another hour for a two minute meeting with a very nice doctor. The staff is friendly, Saturdays I know can be busy but two hours for a two minute visit is very upsetting. I will not be returning. read more

When I think of urgent care clinics, I think of a seedy, germ infested establishment, quite honestly. People want to go to a clinic as much as they'd like to go to the DMV. It just doesn't rate high on my list of things to do. Today, my judgment opinion on "clinics," leaves me standing corrected, enter Liberty Urgent Care. While busy pediatrician offices can not accommodate the influx of their patients during flu season, an urgent care establishment can come in quite handy. In my case today, it was a life saver. My sons and I were referred to Liberty by our insurance providers. You don't need an appointment, we walked in and were greeted by a really sweet receptionist. She was pleasant, unlike the receptionists at our doctor's office. The office was spotless, like "I don't care if my sons crawl on the floor and play type of spotless". I didn't get that skeevy feeling I often have leaving my doctor's office. There is a little snack & coffee bar to help yourself, there's beautiful, original artwork on the walls and plenty of toys for kids to play. The nurses and doctor were phenomenal! They were are to do a rapid strep test and diagnose strep on the spot for my family and me. In the past, while going to my doctors office, the doctor would have to send out the specimen to the lab and we'd wait several days, in pain without meds all to hear we'd have strep throat. Not at Liberty! We were in & out in less than an hour, treated so kindly, and taken care of very well! It was such a pleasant experience. I hope this place does very well, they truly are a great establishment and very good to their patients. Took my 2 kids in because they weren't feeling good & the front desk people were too busy celebrating & worrying about a birthday cake. Meanwhile we sat & there was no one else waiting to be seen! Also was charged my 1 kid twice for visit & they refunded me back money but still sent to insurance company. So I was getting a bill in the mail from there billing company & lucky I saved my refund slip & kept sending to them. They haven't bothered me again! I do not recommend them! Follow up: Day 13 and finally received a call with test results. I can add that in addition to an unacceptable delay making test results worthless, the staff is rude and unprepared to help resolve customer service concerns. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. Truly a bad experience from being to end. read more

I feel this urgent care deserves a 2.5, but there are no half stars. I was seen for what I knew was a migraine headache & cyclical vomiting (I've had them both since I was 12) and a new symptom of dizziness. The doctor was kind but he misdiagnosed me, did very little to help, didn't send in prescriptions to the pharmacy that were written on my discharge form as being sent in, and never returned my calls about the scripts. I am young and new to the area and had no where else to go. The only reason I give it 2.5 is the doctor allowed me to park my car in their lot while I was in the ER (I was unable to drive myself) and was kind. I was sent to the ER from this urgent care, where they took care of me. While I am pleased others seemed to have good experiences I will never return there and wouldn't recommend it to others. read more

No one wearing ID badge. Front desk staff appeared overwhelmed with 2 patients coming in at the same time, disorganized and rude. Front desk staff refers to NPs as Drs. No exam performed or questions asked, just an xray and be on your way. No D/C instructions. I've left messages asking how to get my xrays results to my PCP with no response. read more

Very disappointing that I called ahead to make sure they did a certain test and was told they did. Waited 45 minutes only to learn in the exam room that they won't perform it for pre-surgery. Not from this area but had an emergency. Surrounding urgent cares were not as friendly when I tried to call and figure out hours/insurance/etc. When I called liberty urgent care, the receptionist was extremely friendly and patient. The facility was well kept, and the staff was very caring. I felt comfortable asking questions, and I felt that everyone was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need any sort of medical care. urgent care is a joke and this place tops it. on Nov 21 we walked in after booking online important. my daughter was very I'll and we needed guidance and she needed hydration. we were left waiting as she is throwing up in the bathroom barely able to sit while two people were called ahead of her for physicals. when we went back they asked a lot of questions but never listened let us know she wasn't pregnant like we knew that but never bothered to check her urine for dehydration. dismissed us because my daughter answered yes my stomach is sore from throwing up 24 hours straight. when I asked them to at least give her fluids they said absolutely not she has to go to the ER sorry. no caring concern nothing. we did go to Abington where she received excellent care. they said she was bone dry very serious took three bags of fluid. if urgent care would have at least given her one and send us to the ER she might have been suffering as much as she did lesson learned DO NOT go to urgent care there's nothing urgent about them read more

went there for a rapid COVID test. Was told they did not take insurance and it would cost $109.00. Asked why they did not take insurance that I pay for,and the response I got was it was management's decision. I asked but whyagain,and that it did not make sense. I was told she did not make the decisions and I could go somewhere else if I did not like it. I called the office and the manager did call me back. Asked my questions to her, she told me that the insurance companies are not reimbursing them for taking a rapid COVID test. So that $109.00 price they gave me was the cost of,the rapid test, paying that really nice girl at the window,reviewing the results, and the overhead for the office. Meaning paying rent, supplies, staff etc..... she also told me this is completely legal as long as they post a sign and post it on there website. I am in the process of calling my insurance company. My problem with all of this is,what are they getting from the government for taking these tests and why are they charging this fee when people pay for insurance. All I was trying to do was make sure I did not have COVID. One more thing to add was I did not have Covid and since I did not,they never called me or sent to a confirmation . They told me if I did not have COVID I would not receive anything from them. I was visiting my daughter and developed a horrible headache; she recommended Liberty, I called ahead to give info and when I arrived the staff immediately took me to exam room and within minutes the Dr started treatment and was able to get pain under control - the staff are professional, kind and the facility is very clean and comfortable. I had the flu, and the doctor, MA, and even receptionist showed true concern and willingness to help me. The office was clean and I felt I was in good hands. Tonight was probably my tenth time at Liberty Urgent Care and every time I leave there I am beyond pleased with the level of care. From the check in to the doctor to the nurses giving my kids teddy bears/footballs/etc to make them smile, everyone there goes above and beyond. So grateful to everyone there and feel so lucky to have LUC close to my home. They also follow up with a phone call the following day. Outstanding care! read more

went in with possible fracture toe. xray read negative during visit. then got a call from the dr that radiologist said there was a fracture. i wanted copy of report. and called multiple times. no where was documented a fracture. i asked fir someone to look into it. but no response was ever recieved. do i or dont i have a fracture. ? who knows .... not the care i expected. now have to go to a real er read more
