I COME FROM Cincinnati to get my boots here . The first time I went I was very ,very hastiest because of my race. I am telling you what the folks here treated me so amazing and I was like I wish all retail stores made me feel this comfortable shopping ! I have been back about three times after and was always treated amazingly. That is what we need in this world less preconceived notions about people and take it as it comes. I would tell anyone Black, white or any race to go get your boots from here . You will be treated with the utmost respect and get an amazing boot also .... Liberty Western is a great place to go if you are looking for cowboy or show clothes, from what I can tell. I miss out a bit because they do not carry much in my size, except boots and hats. They have a decent selection of hats and a wide selection of boots. The staff are super-friendly and helpful, and we have had no complaints with service. The horse tack section has some harder to find items as well as a number of saddles, but I have not been all that enamored with the saddle selection. All in all, great place to drop in and do some western shopping. read more

Recently I went to Liberty Western, ( Lebanon, Ohio) to purchase a tin of Fiebing's Yellow Saddle Soap. "FORTUNATELY!!", they were out! Now don't get me wrong, Fiebing's Saddle Soap is a very good product and have used it for many years. I don't use it for saddles but instead for cleaning / restoring "OLD" leather military items. For example; Leather Scabbards for Military Bayonets and Fighting knives with leather sheaths, rifle slings and even old leather binocular cases. At any rate, one of the staff located some Fiebing's and said they could have it within a week or less. There was an old leather Frog for a 1894 Swedish bayonet that I wanted to get cleaned and restored. Another of the staff went with me to look over some of the other leather cleaning products available. He showed me a tug of "ABSORBINE's" HORSEMAN'S ONE STEP, it is a leather cleaner & conditioner cream that actually worked great. The leather Frog had a dry feel and deep white aging spots all over the surface, when I finished I was amazed at how well it worked. The Frog's leather looks like it has been well kept for decades instead of just recently cleaned. It didn't darken the leather and now looks great with it's bayonet attached. Spouse & I have danced regularly for 20 years at C & W spots; after stopping many times at many stores in many states, we now shop only at Liberty Western for our shirts, etc. since our first visit several years ago. The quality and wide selection (short sleeved, long sleeves, sleeveless, and fabric variety) of attractive wear find us buying items each time altho we really don't need another shirt or pair of jeans or hat. Reason? We always get positive comments about what we wear- whenever and wherever we are . A rack with true sales prices is always outdoors for convenient browsing Of course there is a nice selection of jewelry, belts, boots, and a cute kids section of apparel Also, I appreciate that the sales people don't hover once he or she has asked if we need any help. This is the best place to buy boots, the girls there re ally go out of there way to help you find that guaranteed fit like a firm handshake. And you will save money on boots and clothing, there prices are the best I've seen around. The girls there were knowledgeable about the different brands and how they fit. read more

absolutely horrible service. Went in with my daughter for some rodeo clothing and did not get any help at all. Asked where the childrens clothing was and they just pointed to where they were located. Then went to the womans section because all the childrens clothing was too small. They was too busy helping/hitting on a woman. As i was walking out a barely dressed woman walked in and they was all over her also. WIll never shop here again. read more
