The staff was so friendly and helpful. They actually took the dress back and gave me another one for free! Their clothing is unique, the staff is wonderful and is attentive to your every need, their clothing is also reasonably priced, and their jewelry selection is fantastic (I'd rather buy Alex+Ani at Magnolia's rather than order it online). If I had to choose to either shop at Magnolia's or Rose & Remington, I'd rather spend my money at Magnolia's! GO LOCAL!

The gentleman was very gracious. He was very proud of his wife's accomplishments and the store itself. He didn't seem to mind when my wife was peaking in the rooms that aren't part of the store! The angel wings outside the store are a fun addition. I know that my wife will have me stopping back here in the new year.

I felt bad for the two ladies working at Magnolia on the day that we stopped by. They seemed…read moredesperate for customers and leeched onto my mom and I the second we opened the door. In the first room of the shop we were schooled on the sale items in the store. One of the ladies gave us a run down of "This section is 30% off, this section is 50%, etc." for at least five minutes before letting us roam the shop freely. We did check out the sale section but found mostly Christmas items and some strange purses. The first room features gifty items, cards, and soaps. The second room of the store features clothing, jewelry, and shoes. Most of the clothing was geared towards older woman but that didn't stop the sales lady from trying to sell me on a hideous sundress that came in one-size-fits-all and is constructed so that it can be easily cut to the perfect length, no hemming required. Um, no thanks. My mom, though, was pleased to see that they carry the Oprah featured "Not your Daughter's Jeans" denim. The jeans apparently are miracle workers and squeeze and lift to perfection. Unfortunately for my mom, Magnolia didn't carry the petite sized denim so she was unable to buy any. We got a little more than annoyed with the over eager sales ladies and actually had to fake a phone call to get out of the store without making any purchases. Yikes!

As far as I know it could have been sitting at the store for a month . I was told my dress was "custom made for me". I told the owner I always wear petite sizes. She insisted I should by the dress in a regular size . I was also told alteration are included in the price, however I was informed today they are not. . I went to try the dress on today, it is too big !!!! The owner argued with me the entire time she was pinning the dress For adjustments The dress is too big in the hips as well. She told me it shouldn't be too tight . It looks loose and frumpy I have never been treated so poorly. I'm stuck with a custom dress that is too big, andwon't be altered properly the dress was over priced $650. . The worst part, is that I felt belittled and harassed by the owner. The MOB should be a joyous event . I left the store and cried . Please do not support this boutique!

Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again.
