It's black owned, woman owned and operated, and her name is Ms. Traicee. She's very down to earth and open with you. With your stay comes three meals a day and unlimited snacks and non alcoholic drinks. She even helps provide a in house masseuse for a extra charge. Which saves on Uber/Lyft/taxi rides. Her house manager, Dai, helps with keeping up on the clients and the day to day of operations. They seemingly work very well together and together makes you feel like they are your family vs your overseers. The house is very clean and kept well. The customer service with booking and information was great. So many girls referred them to me so here I am referring you to this recovery house. Worth every penny.... I paid $925 for 5 nights 6 days WHAT A STEAL! There are extras that you can buy (transportation, massages, etc) that might give you a higher cost. The downside: She only accepts cash apps (Zelle, Apple Pay, cash app, etc) for payment. She should totally get a website for payment thru there. My card had a block on it for apps so it took me awhile to get through to my bank customer support to lift the block and allow payment thru one of the apps. So for her to have one downside and have a lot of pros... I'll def be booking here again and referring everyone that will listen. I honestly would stay here again if she wanted to host a hostel. I needed to switch my PCP after moving to the area and found FMG. From the minute I called for an…read moreappointment they were nothing short of kind and accommodating. I was given an appointment right away with no complications! Upon entering, the front desk girl was kind and helped me do the PCP transfer with my insurance. As I waited, they brought out little snacks for the waiting room patients which was such a nice gesture! I was then taken care of by Crystal and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! Not only was she the most genuine person I've ever met at a medical office, she made me feel as if we've been friends forever and I was completely comfortable with her! My nerves about being there went away. She was incredible. I've always had an issue drawing blood and people insisting on going through my arm with a regular needle even after I specifically request a butterfly needle in the hand; not Crystal. She took my advice saying that I knew my body best and letting me know that her goal was to make feel comfortable and not hurt me. For the first time ever, she got my vein right away, no pain, no bruising the next day. I cannot thank her enough!
