I had spent money on lice products which included a prescription from our family doctor. Nothing worked entirely, I would find a a bug and eggs every few days. I sent an email and within a few minutes received a response. I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend money on a treatment. The woman on the phone was not at all pushy which is why when I called them a few days later when decided to book an appointment. During the first call she spent a few minutes explaining their process and gave a few suggestions to me since I wanted to give it a try on my own. Needless to say, I decided to call them and it was money well spent. Meylin and Linda took care of my family. This was the first time my children or myself have had lice so you can imagine I was a basket case! This place was a life saver for us! Like four days before we were schedule to leave for vacation we found out my daughter had lice. We went in and it turned out we both had it! The place is clean, thorough and took their time getting every single nit out of our heads. I then had to schedule my son, other daughter and husband for the next day but it snowed. The owner Linda called me herself to make sure she could fit us in right away once the snow stopped. I was on the verge of hysterics and she was calming and re assured me they would take care of it. My daughter came home from school last week complaining that her head was itchy. Being this the first time, I did some research online and found Lice Be Gone. I took my niece who was very nervous, but Tatiana was very welcoming and made her feel comfortable setting her up infront of the tv where she watched her favorite show and was offered water and snacks while she was being treated, which helped her keep her mind off of why she was even there in the first place. I had gone to this center a few years ago when my daughters had lice. I never thought that I would have to return, but this time it was with my son. The ladies at the center are professional, pleasant and were extremely patient with my not so cooperative seven year old. But most of all they get the job done. This place is quick and easy. I was able to get an appointment right when I needed it. We came in, they screen your hair and show you any lice or nits they find. If they do find something, they comb through the hair until it is completely clear.
