The office is clean and the personnel offer friendly. They have a few doctors here so it's usually convenient to get an appointment soon. I have been seen by three different doctors. They seem all qualified and are able to answer my questions. I never felt rushed.

I will never return to any Penn Medicine especially Valley forge and Radnor apps that are 7 minuts long.These Penn Medicine doctors have been terrible.No nutritional advice after a CDK diagnosis!. This is pertinent to remove any bacteria that could get into the specimens!. The bathrooms are nasty and I always bring rubber gloves!. They treat the employees pretty bad and they not paid great or treated well.If that trolley wasn't there they would have nobody to work!. Most employees I'm friends with dont like working here.The place is huge and you'll have one doctor and nobody's around.A 7 minut appointment isn't enough plus you're just an invoice number to these people. Really impersonal.The portal makes it very hard on patient I refuse to use it.They never answer you back in the 48 buisness hours it's a joke.I called them because I only have use of my right hand and my eyes are blurry from medications. They sent me to the ER 4 times last year. They told me to go after my BP was high and I was treated bad there.I was treated at my local hospital as a frequent flyer and warned them this would happen.Now I'm embarrassed to go to the hospital.I had surgery again this time at Einstein and they were fantastic, caring, empathetic, and explained everything and told my 2 wife's what to do as well!. Praise Allah!.

Call center cancelled my appointment the morning of via text message, Reason: Dr. had family emergency. When I was finally able to reach some one with the authority to reschedule me I was told the best they could do would be 12/24 or 12/26. Three months after my original appointment was cancelled!!!!!! BTW...my husband was able to see the same doc I had been scheduled with...he told her of my experience...she denied that she had cancelled any appointments and had not had any family emergency that kept her from work. She promised she would look into it. I am so deeply concerned and saddened by the change in management . This had been a top of the line practice since it opened. No longer true.

I have not had a re-occurrence of that terrible affliction in 4 months , and I don't expect one . The staff here is friendly, they ask questions and encourage you to answer fully and perhaps most importantly they listen closely and provide feedback. I felt as though I was being "upsold" and being forced to commit to a surgery date so I would be able to take advantage of a "bundled" discount but i would have to pay 20% down and schedule surgery that day. I informed her staff I wanted it a second opinion because this was a very big deal to me. Her staff still continued to push and I just had all kinds of red flags along with my own intuition that something isn't right. Additionally I was told she (Dr Ho) is not comfortable just doing a mid face lift she recommended a brow lift, neck lift, and deep plane facelift basically a complete overhaul for almost 40k. Always get a second opinion. Exercise caution because there is an upsell component in this practice and a push to schedule the surgery same day as consult with 20% down. This is a red flag
