Noelle was recommended to me by the staff at Peabody School and they gave me her number when my daughter was sent home with lice/nits. I had the school nurse check me too - and I also had lice/nits. I had a very busy day of deadlines and calls I had to attend to so I was very relieved when Noelle was able to meet me at my house within minutes of getting home from the school. Her work was incredibly thorough - she takes painstaking care to go over every last centimeter of your head, is meticulous about the work area and contamination, and rechecks everything again before she signs you off! I opted for the higher priced service for this piece of mind guarantee - 14 days is the time when most people probably find them again (argh!). I was able to get laundry started while Noelle pored over my daughter's head for 90 minutes, and while she worked on me I was able to work on my laptop and take care of business. My son came home and she did a detailed check on him - happily he was clear! Since Noelle's departure I have texted her a couple times with questions and she replied very quickly. She was at my house to close to 5 hours - the entire time she had a smile on her face and kept up friendly conversations with me and my daughter and son.
