I came in for a consultation and walked out booking my surgery. Everyone was really nice, helpful and made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Kathryn was really helpful with booking my pre-op and follow up appointments. She also helped guide me as to where to get my labs done before the surgery and called me to confirm everything came out good and that I was clear for surgery. During my pre-op visit: Anna did my pre-op. She asked a lot of questions and also answered my questions and concerns regarding the recovery period. Day before surgery I was called to make sure I had everything ready and had gotten my medication. Day of surgery I arrived at the time I was told and was taken back to change and take my pill cocktail and injection. The doctor came in to take my before pics. I was super nervous but everyone that worked there was there and kept reassuring me everything was going to be ok. I only felt light pain at the start of the surgery but I was given more pain meds and then I dozed off and all of a sudden I was awake with my post surgery compression garment and adult diaper on! I was so out of it from all the meds. My sister drove me home. Post surgery: The doctor messaged me that same evening to make sure everything was okay. I was really swollen for about 2-3 weeks. It's been about 2 months now and I'm seeing amazing results now that I'm not as swollen. I was in some pain and weird numbness for for about 3 weeks but now I don't feel any pain. I am so thankful I was referred to Dr Shah. I love My results and everything ran so smoothly.
