I called several times over the course of two weeks to try and book and appointment for my daughter. Every time I got their voicemail which states my call would be returned. I never received a return call after leaving any messages, nor did my husband. I also attempted to contact them through their Facebook site and my messages were never returned. This place and these ladies are a God send! I went into a full panic when my 5 year old got lice. I didn't know what to do. This place was recommended to me from a family member. I took my 5 year old, my 10 month, and myself to the clinic to get treated. The women were so friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They took care of us right away and answered any questions I had (which I had plenty of!). They even held my 10 month old and fed her a bottle while I was treated. My husand is gone alot in the navy and I wouldnt have been able to do this on my own without this clinic and these women! They turned a terrible thing into no big deal! This is the best money I have ever spent in my life. Ty and her staff are life savers! My children had lice, one of them something terrible, and I was beside myself. Ty and her staff took care of us and within hours we were lice free...she sent us home with clear instructions on how to insure the treatment worked, and checked us a couple of weeks later more to ease my mind than anything else. I cannot adequately express how grateful I am and how wonderful they are. I hope I never need her services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact her. She is a consummate professional, and most importantly, the treatment works! Excellent service. Accidentally showed up on the wrong day and Ty opened the door and welcomed us with arms wide open, even though she wasn't dressed to check and had an appointment to be at. Absolute worst customer service. As soon as I found one crawling on me I made an appt and was seen within 2 hours. The technician then treated me and informed me that everyone in the household would have to be checked for the 30 day guarantee. I bring my 2 kids in and they get checked. Daughter is clear. Son has some eggs, so I ask her to go ahead and treat him. It was only 4:15 Pm (says on their door they close at 5). We had an appt reserved for 4:30, but she said she could not treat him that day and I would have to bring him back tomorrow. Are you kidding me?! I spent over $200 to get checked and treated and you're going to send my son home without treating him KNOWING that he has lice. So, I had to call another place (Let's Be P.A.L.S. - they were SUPER helpful, go see them instead) and they bent over backwards to make sure my son got treated THAT day. So, because she wouldn't treat my son and I had to take him somewhere else, my 30 day guarantee that I spend so much money on, was a waste. Then the owner called me and told me the technician had an appt in Hampton or NN she had to get to and that's why she didn't have time to treat my son. I understand that but we had an appt for 4:30 reserved and just because she got done early does NOT mean she should have sent us home. Even if it took 30 minutes to treat my son she would have been done by 4:45 which is the time our original 4:30 head check appt was scheduled until. DO NOT GO HERE. Use Let's Be P.A.L.S. instead. Like I said earlier, they bent overt backwards to make sure my son got treated the same day. read more
