I was the…read moretypical frantic mom who had thought her at home treatment had worked, until the school nurse called me at work. I remembered the nurse telling me about this business. On my way to pick my daughter up from school, I called to make an appointment. The owner scheduled me for an appointment in an hour. I arrived 30 minutes early and she took us as an appointment ahead of me had cancelled. They checked me as well and found nits! I had no idea I had anything because I wasn't even itching!From start to finish My daughter and I enjoyed our treatment. We forgot we were there for icky bugs and felt like we were in a fun and fancy salon! There was a trainee learning the craft and she was just as pleasant and thorough as the owner. As most people know, this is not a cheap service. But trying to kill them on and get rid of the nits on your own is very hard. It was worth every single penny for peace of mind and a follow up appointment. I chose the Elite package (I believe it's called) and I didn't have to do my own follow up for the price. I later called a friend who had lice in her family last year and she said she wish she would have just went as her family kept getting lice back and forth for over a month. Point is.
