Twice they called me to pick up a prescription and then they didn't have it when I got there. Twice they said they couldn't give it to me because of insurance. I offered to pay cash and once they would not except it. Second time I had to raise my voice and they sold it to me. I'm looking for a drug store not owned by CVS.

But this dear woman cheered me, on my first day driving after a week with whatever awful virus is going around. She left a good impression at a Walgreens I've never been to before. I was going to attempt to order it online, but I was hesitant due to the color of my hair. I have multiple tones in my hair due to my bayalage dye. Let me tell you how remarkable Rebecca was, I was in and out of the shop in less than 10 minutes. She had two people in line. She rang one up, did a return for the other customer, grabbed her keys and asked what she could help me with. I told her my needs and she was on the ball. She opened up five different batches of clip-ins and compared them to my hair, and found the perfect one. It matched my hair incredibly well. She gave me the recommendation of going straight versus wavy and her reasons why. Signed me up for a VIP card, rang me up and I was on my way! Talk about efficiency. I can't really speak on the rest of the store, because I was in and out in no time, but I will definitely come back for all my hair needs. Love this place, and if you get Rebecca, you are good to go! She is legit yo!!!

I was in the store today to use my $25 gift certificate that I received for my birthday. Upon…read morechecking out, the cashier told me that they updated their register system today and she wasn't sure how to do the gift certificate. She tried running the gift certificate and after several attempts including the cashier scratching off the PIN code on the back and having me enter it into the system, it said I only had $2.20 on the card. She called the manager, Dan, over who also did not know how to do a gift certificate with the new system. I showed Dan that the gift card was new and also my receipt of the gift card indicating it had $25 on it. He told me because it wasn't purchased at bath& body works, he could not help me and I would have to call the bath& body works customer service line. I asked him why he could not do that and he said I had to. The manager then proceeded to go on break and not help me. I tried calling the customer service line but I was on hold for over 30 minutes and could no longer stay in the store as I had somewhere to be. I honestly feel that the manager should have helped me out and could have called the customer service line while I either shopped or went to other stores in the shopping complex. Given the fact that the card was now scratched off by the store clerk, it's very difficult to prove that it is a new card when I had to call bath& body works back. A manager's job is to support and help the customers as much as they can. It was more important for Dan, the manager, to go on his break than it was to help me out. I asked the cashier why the manager didn't call and she said it's the same number that I'm calling on. I will find a different bath& body works store to shop at from now on.

They administered fillers to my face, but I was not satisfied with the results. One side of my face appeared overfilled, while the other side looked flat. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she dismissed my concerns and said she did not see anything wrong. However, it was quite evident to me that my face was uneven. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to address or correct the problem caused by the injector. This was very upsetting for me, and because of this, I cannot recommend Blush Med Spa to others.

In August, I was told I only needed one syringe to correct my cheeks, but I purchased two…read moreadditional syringes and saw no difference. My before-and-after photos, taken day before treatment and nine weeks later, show the flatness in my cheeks remains and my nasolabial folds are unchanged. From day one, I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told to "wait it out," and when nothing improved, the owner only offered a discounted rate instead of correcting the results. I even consulted with an injector at a medspa I previously worked at, who said it appeared the area hadn't been properly treated,possibly to encourage me to spend more money. I wasn't looking for a refund, just proper results. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and would not recommend Blush MedSpa.
