This year they called me the week before to say that they didn't have the referral from the PCP but I could keep my appointment if I paid $159.... Un.be.lievable. They assured me I'd get the $ back once insurance comes through. A security deposit on a medical appointment?! The Springfield office in particular is particularly bad. Every person I dealt with in the registration area was outright rude or unhelpful. But the checkout staff are the friendliest people you'll meet. The practice has just become a factory. It's more important to them to simplify the paperwork than to get patients in for care. But once you're in, they'll be lovely. Until the next appointment...

There was three women on staff they knew I was standing there cause I had my Doordash bag to pick up some items. One person didn't even say hey welcome I'll be right with you.
