My experience began with a very pleasant phone conversation about my hopes to plan a Washington DC trip for my grandmother with Connoisseur Travel's assistance. It was followed by no communication, help, or results with airfare, hotel recommendations/bookings , or tours over a 2-week period. I contacted Connoisseur directly to notify them of the lack of service and professionalism I had experienced. They responded with apologies, detailed questions and statements about how they planned to rectify the situation, and ideas about my Washington DC trip. With reservations, I decided to give the new associate a second chance because she seemed genuinely apologetic and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later my trip had not moved forward with Connoisseur's help. I ended up booking and reserving everything on my own and the prices had gone up because of all the time that had passed. I foolishly did not reach out to any other travel companies and trusted this company to help me and they failed. I am posting this review because I hope it helps others that might find themselves in my situation.

I about blew a gasket and the woman could see the great dismay in my face and reluctantly processed my three registrations where she improperly registered all three vehicles into the wrong district and so I had to go to DMV and handle it myself. Poor customer service and I'm thinking about canceling my AAA membership since I've never used one tow in the past 15 years and it was the DMV perks that made it worth the membership. Twenty-five hungry children were left waiting in the rain while we tried to figure out where the bus was. Another bus driver from the same company was already there before our group even arrived and continued with the schedule, while our group was delayed for over an hour because our bus never showed up on time. This level of unreliability during a school trip with children is unacceptable. Students, teachers, and chaperones should not have to wait in bad weather because of poor scheduling and lack of accountability. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves its coordination and communication.

But here's something they don't advertise that is of GREAT VALUE: They can help you get your visa done FASTER than if you went through the process yourself because they are more connected with the consult than we are.
