I was extremely nervous but Sayeed and the driver, Ali, were so kind, helpful, and thorough. I must've called Sayeed a half dozen times with questions that were met with reassurance. Just as he promised, he sent an email the night before their flight, tracked their flight and was there early as the flight arrived early, called me to reassure me that he had contacted the girls, and then contacted me again when he had safely dropped the girls off at their hotel. Not only were they affordable, they accommodated a nervous mother in every way that they could. The girls also said that the driver, Ali, was extremely kind and professional. I would highly recommend BWI Shuttle as your go to for a car service. We will certainly be using them for our future trips to the Baltimore/D.C area.

They would call again immediately after I declined the call, and this persisted until I blocked them. I blocked several numbers, but additional calls kept coming in from other numbers. I did not consent to this repeated contact; this behavior is considered harassment in the eyes of the law. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Please do not give this company your business, ever.

From the moment I arrived, the manor itself felt like a deep exhale. It's beautiful, peaceful, and so thoughtfully kept -- the kind of place where you can actually rest. The service was exceptional. Attentive without ever being hovering. Every staff member was warm, present, and made me feel genuinely cared for the entire time. You can tell they love what they do. The breakfasts every morning were amazing -- fresh, delicious, and made with care. And I really looked forward to the evening hors d'oeuvres with wine each day. It was such a lovely ritual to wind down, enjoy a glass, and just be. I had a facial that was incredible. Truly one of the best I've ever had -- my skin is still glowing. I also had a massage that was alright. It was relaxing and professional, just didn't wow me the way the facial did, but I still left feeling relaxed. The unexpected gift were the people (guests). What I didn't expect was the community. The other guests (Haili, Drake, Karen, Gary, Olivia, Miguel and his wife/girlfriend and Jordan and her mom) were absolutely wonderful. I came for quiet rest, and a reset but meeting and connecting with such kind, interesting people was so welcome. We shared meals, wine, recommendations, stories, "adventure" and laughter. That connection filled a part of me I didn't realize needed filling. Thank you to everyone at Wellspring for creating a space that feels healing in every way -- body, belly, and soul. Us and the Nigerians probably invented shade centuries ago. That being said, I know this place is incredible because my parents raved about it!!!! They loved it! They called me immediately after they return home from their weekend trip, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about their stay. They said the location is beautiful and not very far from where they live in Howard County so they felt well rested when they returned home. They loved their room and were huge fans of the art gallery in the common area. Talking to the gallery curator might've been my mom's favorite part of their stay. She kept talking about how beautiful the art was and how she enjoyed talking to the curator, and my mom is not even a big art person so I was surprised to hear this. My dad who loves to eat, said the breakfast was fantastic and enjoyed the multiple courses. They also enjoyed that they had the opportunity to introduce themselves and meet the other guests during breakfast, their favorite guest was a woman named Ms. Gwen who was celebrating her 86th birthday. Apparently, she was the life of the party! They also enjoyed walking around the property and the neighborhood. They didn't go to the spa (because my brothers and I didn't pay for that part). However, they said they want to go for another weekend visit next year and they'll consider checking out the spa. They also said that Ms. Sheila was wonderful and they had a fantastic time and they're looking forward to going back next year. They didn't take any pictures for me to share, but I can say if my Ghanaian parents loved this place, you'll love it too!
