When I raised concerns, staff became defensive and dismissive instead of addressing the situation professionally. I've had fillers before and never had a hematoma not even once before. It takes an inexperienced injector to cause vessel injury like that. I was repeatedly redirected when asking to speak with management regarding my experience. Anyone considering treatment here should take their money and go elsewhere.
