During my time in the store I was greeted, asked if I needed any help and had enough space to really shop without being bothered. However, when they noticed my arms were getting too full, they brought me a shopping bag. The retail workers answered my questions and when I went to check out, they double checked one of the sizes I was buying to make sure I wasn't buying the wrong size (it was much larger than the rest of the sizes I was buying as a gift). They also made sure I had the right amount of clothing to get the "buy one get" deal. The music they were playing might not be for all tastes, but was enjoyable for me and put me in a good mood. The store was very organized and clean, so it was easy to find the sizes and styles I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.

Mike has outstanding customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the different shoes. He was patient, explained the different running styles and really helped us out with the perfect running shoes. The machine was down, but Mike took the time to visually watch my daughter run/stand and gave great insight. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Mike personally, I am a stickler when it comes to customer service...and I rarely rave about my experiences. Mike should be training other employees or running a store, because he really came through for us.

It did not work because I never got an email verifying it. I could not enter my information on the website for the discount store. I had to go to the regular New Balance website to do that successfully. The store is clean and well-stocked and the only reason I couldn't give five stars is because it's pretty expensive. I thought coming to an outlet mall I would save money over going to a place like Kohl's. If I were buying two pairs of shoes I might get them here because they're buy one get one 1/2 off. I'm only looking for one pair of shoes.

I have shopped at this location quite a few times and each visit has been pleasant. Unlike some neighboring shops UA is well kept, organized and doesn't smell like feet. Everything is clearly labeled and not hard to find. I'd say the staff is typically down to earth and friendly with a few exceptions. Fitting rooms are spacious and clean but the spotlight lighting is a bit harsh. The children's store is attached and just a few footsteps away from the women's section. Ultimately the best pricing I've found on current UA trends outside of the late Sports Authority, but it's hit or miss clothing-wise for me. I can always rely on this place to have my favorite socks and cushioned flip flops in stock, though.

This time we came for my hubby to get new shoes and gear since he had wore out his old favs. Since the store is so well-organized, he was able to locate his favorite style of shoes and of course a few other pairs that he just had to have. Then, he ended up in the clothing section. He was able to find the shirts and pull over he needed to his early morning workouts. Well, I was left unsupervised and found the wonderful clearance section with and additional percentage off. I did not need but had to buy shoes because of the amazing prices. A woman can't have too many shoes especially lifting or running pairs. Only reason four stars is the small store which has a limited clothing section compared to their competitors at this outlet.
