We are frequent Nike outlet stores because we find that sometimes they have a better variety of inventory. I've heard that they all sell products that were designed specifically for the outlets that aren't available anywhere else. We received excellent customer from pretty much everyone that we came into contact with. Our cashier was both friendly and helpful. The store was busy, but organized. Great store. I went here for back to school shopping and got 2 pairs of shoes both more than 50% discount! The lines were long, but the employees kept the line moving fast. The employees were awesome and helped me by trying to track down my size in a shoe I wanted. And even though the store didn't have my size, they were nice and helped me find a pair that I liked even better. I'm very pleased with this location. Would recommend. read more

They went above and beyond to find a size shirt in the back that I was interested in purchasing. At the time I visited there was a 15% off discount on all items. Such an unfortunate shopping experience. My husband left the store LIVID. We went in to ffind my son shoes for a birthday gift. He's a size 14. And his preference is Nike. Most of the shoes on the shelves go up to a men's size 13. So in order to see if there are any in the store at all we had to ask an associate if they could check. There was a nice Caucasian young man that was very helpful. He scanned several shoes for us. No size 14. We continued to look up and down the isles and found a few more we wanted to check before giving up. Could not find the young man that helped us. So my husband asked this young African American young man for assistance. He decides to tell my husband , "no I can't check. We are doing inventory so we can't pull anything from the back. " My husband was pissed. Then what made matters worse we watched him help another customer and go in the back to pull them some shoes. UNBELIEVABLE. I had to drag my husband from the store because he was going to cuss the boy out. I hate leaving a business feeling "less than" because of our race. It happens more times than I care to say. It is what it is though. I am certain we won't shop there anymore. The drive to Orlando will be worth it. I am giving them a 1 Star only because of first young man that was very helpful read more

Holiday shopping has big sale. The entire store with 25 % discount with purchase. The Black Friday sale make a lot people happy. It include me. It is huge with 25% of savings and back to the pocket. Although is Mc Donald value meal saving for each pair of shoes, I am happy too. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi pro VI. It is very lightweight. It is only 2.4 lbs light weight basketball shoe. I always choose basketball shoes to prevent roll of ankle. This show normally run $56 to $150. But I got mark down and 25% off. I end up paid only $40. The checkout line is long when they have good sales. I may be number 30 in the line. However they open two additional remote registers in additional to 6 registers they already have. I check out in 8 minutes. Customers care is great with long line. read more

Shoutout to Regyne! I'm so sorry if I spelt your name wrong. I got it from the guy at the checkout. She helped me pull off the ultimate plan of surprising my boyfriend with the green Airforce Ones that he felt like the angels were singing when he slipped his feet in lol . I had asked her if she could tell him that they were display only or something so I could gift them to him. Lol she swiped those shoes when he was searching the wall so smoothly and met me at checkout When I paid for them and went back to ask how he was doing lol she said he was upseettt and lookin for the shoes. When I went to go check up on him I told him I found the shoes I was looking for and stepped away to purchase them. He proceeded to tell me how someone did him dirty and was foul for swiping them like that. He took the L and let it be but he was still real sad about it. I think the best part was that Regyne would come back periodically saying like, you haven't found them yet? Dam that sucks lol and walk away. It was so hard to keep a straight face. Came in browsing for some shoes. They have a whole area in the back that is more clearance priced then the other areas of the store for shoes. They also had Bucs jerseys available for purchase. Masks are required to enter and if it's busy you will have to stand in a line to get in as only a limited amount of people are allowed in at a time. read more

The customer service is outstanding. The store is extremely well organized and moderately staffed in comparison to the amount of shoppers that slam that place on a duality basis. The people who work there go out of their way to make sure you're okay and even give life hacks on how to clean your shoes (think lemon juice). I only take away two stars because their inventory seems to be lacking. The same shoe over and over, no jerseys, and the few good shoes they do have one have one size and they're returns. You'd be better off driving to Orlando for a huge selection. read more
