It honestly felt like I went to Bangalore just to have an authentic dosa! I also loved the Aloo Paratha--it had the perfect flavor--and the Chole Bhatura brought back so many childhood memories. Every dish was made with so much care and tasted wonderful. What made the experience even more special was the owner's (Kedar - owners name) warmth and hospitality. We visited late at night, almost around closing time, but he was still very welcoming and greeted us with a beautiful smile. He personally served me and my family and made sure we had a great experience. After dinner, we got a chance to talk with the owner, and he shared that he had actually gone to Bangalore to learn how to make the perfect Benne Dosa.
