There was a delay for materials, which was likely COVID related with the supplier. However, AJ kept the lines of communication open and informed us whenever she had updates. The staff are all great to work with-Tara completely understands schedules and is very flexible. We had horrible weather during our install, but they managed to work through the challenges (both weather and our difficult job site). We still use them to open and close our pool. If we ever have a maintenance issue, they are out within a day or two, and often are able to walk us through the steps to fix it without a service call. Jerry Maloney, his sons and nephews couldn't be more honest and sincere about wanting to do a great…read morejob for their customers. I got their name from the Better Business Service. I contacted Jerry and 3 other landscape companies. All had high ratings on BBB and some were listed on Angie's list as being good. One never contacted me back with their bid. Two were $10,000 to $14,000 more. Maloney was just under the lowest. My backyard goes down hill and the soil has eroded badly. All companies agreed with the depth of the hill it would take two retaining walls and each described building them the same exact way. But before Jerry would give me a bid, he ask if he could clear out some weeds with a pile of rocks underneath. No one else asked that so they guessed at what needed done on that end of the hill. The walls are 50 feet long. Jerry not only underbid the others but built a 3rd retaining wall on the side yard where it was eroding, again all was under the other bids. He and his team were great to communicate with, were on time, worked fast, cleaned up each night and left my yard looking tremendously better than when they arrived. The walls are beautiful, several neighbors stopped to compliment Jerry, his team and us. Jerry is an honest, handshake kind of man. He will put all on paper if you want. If not he will discuss with you in depth what you want done and how he will do it. We then hired him to cut down one tree, trim 5 other trees and 3 large shrubs, clean out old roots and some old growth in our front yard. Again he and his team were very efficient and gave us great price. We will definitely hire them again.
