I tried to explain to her and even had another instructor from my previous school explain it to her and instead of listening she was insulted that she did not herself know the information and continue to be rude to me and through my paperwork back at me. She got very disgruntled when she found out that I had been voice recording her so that I could prove the way that she had been treating me, after she found out she continuously told me it was illegal which it was not and that I needed to be removed from the school and that I was lying about the reason I needed to transfer schools, she asked where I was living why I couldn't drive to the other one and literally blamed me for lying multiple times when I was not. I have a great relationship with my previous schools teachers I had just moved further away and thought that it would be an easier commute. After posting my review on their Facebook page, A cosmetology instructor I had nor seen nor met that day. Will not stop commenting on Facebook and talking bad about me and posting my private information she obtained off of my personal documents. She's telling everyone how many schools I've been to how many hours I have obtained and blaming me for not being able to finish hair school and pursue my career. I'm being harassed and I am being bullied by elderly women and this is not right. I have turned them into state board and we will see how long they hold their license. I will not standby and be harassed and talked down to buy older women because they do not understand how to work a computer program. This business is absolutely atrocious I understand why they don't have any students enrolled. My previous cosmetology school gave me a full ride scholarship to complete if I make the extra commute to them after what I had to deal with from the school. If they do not stop the harassment I will be seeking legal action against them as well for harassment and personal exploitation.

The thing is, Pacs Transportation could be like Uber, where they transport anyone to anywhere, but…read moreunfortunately, PACS only transports people when they need to go to work, and go to school. The business is only good for work/school transportation, but they could be better by trying new things and not just transport people who would only got to work, but there are people who don't have cars (Like me), and whenever they want to go somewhere, they rely on people who ride cars, and pretty much, 89% of the time, the person doesn't want to take the person anywhere, especially with cash. Look, I'm not just gonna complain about that. They also don't transport when they need it ASAP. Like, they want to know the times of when they need to leave, and arrive at where ever you live. They don't leave automatically just to pick you up and drive you to your destination. You got to show them when you work, where to drop you off, and they will just leave, and when they come back is when you end work at whatever time you end. Same for any school/college you go to. TBH, it's an ok business, but it's only ok for people who want transportation for people who want to go to schools/colleges/workplaces. If you're trying to transport to somewhere, like to a restaurant to eat or somewhere like Owensboro to visit someone, I HIGHLY doubt they'll do it. If you want transportation like Uber around Muhlenberg County, KY, try moving to another house at an eligible location, because PACS is never going to do it. And I bet they never will. (Unless something changes... I highly doubt it though)

I worked for them for bout a month and was still learning the kids names. I think they need to come up with a much better system when going to the school to pickup the kids. If the teachers say that they won't be riding the bus home then I don't think that needs to be confirmed. The teachers/school office are the ones who released them. And I'm sure got a signature. The drivers main concern should be getting them back to YA instead of sitting there with the kids on the bus waiting for YA to confirm the child was picked up from school after the school told you they were. I think they should have an aide on the bus as well. Cause most of the kiddos don't want to stay in their seats and bouncing around and throwing things. This is a distraction to the driver and the driver needs to be concentrating on their driving and the safety of the children, not having to constantly look in the mirror at the kids. This is just my opinion as a past employee.

I reached out to Kristie via txt as soon as I realized I needed to sign up for a specific pickup time within a 4 hour pickup window. I did not get a response so I called 830am the next day (day of pickup) no response. Tried a third time 907am and was told I needed to have signed up and its stated on the website. We got off the phone and I went back to see if in error I had overlooked it. Could not find it so I reached out again, Kristie informed me that it was there and that she would have someone send it over ( without asking any of my information). I stated I just wanted a refund then since no where does it state that I needed to sign up to come pickup the items I had already paid her for. She immediately and rudely told me NO and hung up on me. I was/am very upset in how this was handled and cannot believe this woman works with the public. It appears the only good review mentioning her by name is from her sister.

Julie teaches the girls... not just plays with them. My 4yr old is so eager right now to learn new letters and numbers. She gets excited everyday when we go there. My 2yr old loves it as well. And get this... all day long, No TV. Ever. I think that's amazing! =) She spends time with the kids and doesn't allow the TV or video games to babysit the kids. Although we have not been going there very long, I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone I know. We have been very pleased with the care given to our children and the rates are GREAT!
