I have had my pool fence since 2017, and it has held up very, very well. No tears or rips, no visible deterioration, and it has withstood minor hurricanes (we have taken in down for the strongest ones). I am so, so glad I did NOT opt for the childproof door, because my kids may have already learned how to use that by now, whereas they are still too tall to operate the small lock on the top of the regular fence. At least it would take effort! There are very few items I have ever purchased that stand up to the test of time so I thought I would give the many-years-later update. This fence still stands tall despite the brutal Florida sun, iguana feces, children tugging and leaning on the fence, and various pieces of swim clothing and towels being left on it to dry. Thanks! Great product! Great service! We have a rambunctious one year old, live on a canal and have a pool. A dangerous combination. After asking around, this company came highly recommended. When I called up, they tried to use a satellite image of our yard to get an estimate and plan the job. I though that was very cool and a time saver. No need to spend a day waiting for someone to come out and assess the situation and waste time. That being said, our job had some unique aspects that made a technician visit for the estimate necessary and they send out someone the next day. Very prompt. He made and estimate, explained the work and how they would have to work around the unique aspects of our job. We did run into a small schedule snafu on their end which made the job get delayed two weeks (it was Christmas and then New Years). The customer service in regards to this was great and they fixed the situation right away to above and beyond what I expected. I was very happy with how they handled this. They showed up on time, worked very efficiently, trouble shot some of the problems with me, and installed the fence. The fence looks great! Beyond what I expected as I was afraid it would affect our view. It does not. It created a safe and large play space. I love it.
