With good faith, I gave him the money I advance, given him the benefit of the doubt. However, he refuses to hand over my property and blamed it on his work schedule, than blamed it on me for not picking it up as if I had a key into his office. He was very argumentative and took no accountability for mistakes. He threaten to keep my money and the item he was selling me. Eventually after days of calling and texting he eventually put my item outside over night, with no care that my property could be stolen. Fortunately, it was still outside his office so I picked it up but the key to the item was missing and so I called Joseph but he refused to give me my key until hours of me calling him ! He mentioned before that he was running out of business. I now understand was he's losing his business. He's a crook and after doing some research I come to find he's notorious for for burning bridges. Don't do ANY kind of business with JOSEPH RODRIGUEZ !
