I rescheduled a class from June to August , my August class was cancelled because the instructor was out , attempted rescheduling the cancelled class to another day in August but would never get a reply to any of my calls or emails . Finally ended up attending the class and was told the CPR certification would be sent thru email and till this day I have not received a cpr card w the date of the attended class . Scheduling the appointment was very easy. I called the number and they were able to accommodate me within a week. When I arrived, I was greeted by Michelle who offered me snacks, water, juice, and coffee. She was very personable and walked me through the BLS skills section and answered all my questions.
