This means that the teachers should be engaging and supporting; at the very least, smiling at each member and making them feel like they belong in the class. Update: The head of the aquatics department emailed me back, apologizing and stating that it's a mistake. All set, but really they should have been more careful. ------------------------------ I am so baffled. I just received an email bill from their aquatics department, wanting to charge me for adult swimming group class I took back in the summer of 2022!!! (It's 2024 now.) While I was in that class in 2022, I had an accident resulting in facial injuries. Back then the manager talked to me and took care of everything. Now more than two years later, they sent me a bill for that summer class--I can't believe it!! I tried to call the aquatics department, but no one answered the phone. So I sent out two emails and now I'm waiting for an answer. This must be a bad joke. read more

We are a family of six that were longterm members of Lifetime. Over the 4 years, minimal equipment upgrades were completed, the back of the club smells like rot due to the dumpsters located immediately below the HVAC intake, the bathrooms were in a constant state of mess (the manager was kind enough to email the members that it was OUR fault), [[HIGHLIGHT]]greeters do not greet members[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and the final straw was poor planning to accommodate parking during construction of their adjacent apartment building. Marketed as a "luxury" gym, this was certainly never luxury. Monthly membership just isn't worth it. Cancelled and will not return. read more

Lifetime Fitness in King of Prussia is a nightmare for parking. several weeks ago they closed about 1/3 of the parking lot and now parking during the busy periods is non-existent. Picture trying to find parking on the street in NY during the business day. It is at the point where people now follow you in their car as you walk to your car in hopes you at leaving. 2/1/20. Wow!! I was blown awaay by the resort style feeling and just grandeur of the building! I went as a guest with my future daughter in law. She wanted to try spin and I've been spinning for a while. The cycle room was beautiful and packed with bikes that seem to be custom made for the gym. On every bike was a clean towel and there were stations with cleaning fluid and towels to wipe down the bikes. The instructor was very helpful in adjusting our bikes and explaining the function. There's even a screen that displays watts and rpm's. The locker rooms were totally spotless. They provide towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. It's truly spectacular! The indoor hot tub and sauna are contained in the locker room. Beautifully maintained and absolutely spotless. Inside is also a hair salon, a manicure place, and even a healthy food cafe. You could spend hours here. Pampering, health focused and breathtaking are all words I would use to describe the place. I loved it but. . . I think 140$ is steep plus it's not a convenient location at all to where I live. King of Prussia is packed as it is and I don't love fighting the crowds when I do my workout. I loved vIsiting and if I i were closer I would consider a membership because they open at 4AM and have early morning classes. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I added my daughter, who was home for the summer, to my account. When I removed her, as she is out of the country for college with no access to a LifeTime facility, I was told my monthly rate would increase by over 30%. This organization clearly has financial issues if it's looking to gauge CURRENT customers. Think twice about the decision to join. Who knows what they do next. read more

I'm giving two stars because the childcare is exceptional. Children's membership is $50 a month with access to daily classes, parents night out events, and an indoor maze. It's a safe & fun environment and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym itself has a wide variety of equipment. However, for $200 a month the locker rooms are disgusting. I don't think it's ever cleaned. Each time I visit it's dirtier than the previous visit. The hot tub in the women's locker room is filthy and smells awful. The sauna is covered in black mold. I also use the Ardmore facility which is spotless and mold free. For the price of membership, the facility should be clean and sanitary. LA Fitness is cleaner than this. read more

My husband took my daughter to her first art class (she is four going on five) and while she was there, she fell and ripped a large chunk of skin off of her elbow. Kids have accidents, and that is not the problem. The problem is that my pre-K kid had the awareness to ask the employees to call her dad (who was waiting in the hallway) and to NOT put a bandaid on her because she knows she is extremely allergic to bandaid adhesive. They ignored this, and by the time my husband came in she was sobbing and on the SECOND bandaid because she had taken the first one off. None of the employees were able to explain what happened and no one called my husband through all of this. He just showed up to pick her up after class and found her distraught. My daughter was so upset that the adults around her didn't listen to her. Also, apparently they do not ask for allergy info or if they can medically treat your child?! This was upsetting for all of us. Lifetime comped her month of membership, but $50 isn't going to matter when my kid refuses to ever go back to a class and when I wouldn't let her go back anyway. We've been members for over a year and we tolerated the general chaos and lack of cleanliness (there was so much dust on the vent next to me in the yoga studio that I actually struggled to breathe and the hot tubs are as filthy as the other reviews show), but this was just too far. I joined here because of the instructors, but now you can't get into classes without being placed on a waitlist ! ( So for almost $200 a month, $300 if you add a family member. Machines are often out of commission, and many members sit on the equipment reading their phones for 5 minutes or " save " a machine, making it harder to get through a circuit for a timely workout. 1 stall in ladies locker room has been out of commission for over 1 month after the toilet overflowed. Roof leaked during a storm & ceiling has not yet been repaired. We received an email from management last year stating they would not oversell the club, so that current members would have a better experience. Doesn't seem to be true, I know of other members complaining that they can't get a spot in classes or on the Pickelball court Is the membership really worth $200 a month ?! read more

Not worth it. I tried really hard to like this place. The staff is really nice but not worth $200. It turns into a chucky cheese. I can understand being a family oriented place but kids just run rampant with no accountability. The gym area gets treated like a jungle gym, running around the cafe area screaming and nobody will say a word, and the "spa" area/hot tub in the locker room gets treated like a kids indoor swimming pool. I thought it would be a nice place to get some work done but you can't take any calls there or think for that matter. However apparently it is a "restaurant". I was kicked out of the cafe area for bringing my own food. They claim it is a food allergy concern, but they run a special where you can bring a coffee cup from home, hand it to the person working, they take your cup behind the counter and re-fill it from the same coffee spout for everyone with no concerns of cross contamination? But you are not allowed to sit on the other side of the room with an egg from home. Lastly - the gym area is organized chaos. There is a class every minute of every day that completely over powers the place in every way possible. Noise, space equipment, everything. It is like working out in the middle of a CrossFit or orange theory class that you didn't sign up for. I tried it for a few months but not for me for $200 a month and canceled today. read more

I've been to LifeTime before (different location) and had nothing but an amazing experience there! However, this location, I'm assuming runs differently. I couldn't even bring myself to come here in person after being harassed by one of their sales employees. I won't say his name, but he called me multiple times a day, emailed me etc. I ignored a call from him once ( I was at work ) and he left me a nasty voice message giving me an attitude about ignoring his call. I worked in sales, and this is one way to SCARE your potential clients away. I honestly would have joined if they weren't so pushy here. Please reconsider your method of sales, I can't imagine how this man would have acted toward me in person if he gave me a bad vibe right away on the phone. read more

As someone who is consistently lifting, I was expecting so much out of this, especially for a HIGH price point. I only got to check it out for free because my friend was employed there. The gym itself is gorgeous and so clean. My friend showed me around, making sure we avoided people who would try and sell me a membership or even training. As a female who likes to lift heavy, this gym didn't have it for me. The LA fitness down the road, which is $30 a month, has more space on the floor and more equipment than this gym. For $100+ a month, you better give me everything. The second floor, where you can do cardio and lifting is small and crowded. Not crowded with people, with machines. I was doing pull ups and this guy next to me was doing chest flys, I for sure thought at some point he was going to hit me because of how close we were. All the benches and power cages are so close together. I went over to the power cage to go do some dead lifts next. In between both cages is a rack for weights. I had to weight for the guy next to me to finish his set so I could grab some weights because of close everything is. One thing I did like and not all gyms have this is "middle" dumbbells. What I mean is if 15lbs is too light for you, but 20lbs is too heavy, you can use 17.5lbs. As for FREE WEIGHT machines... there's like six of them. As I said before LA Fitness has way more and isn't as crowded. This gym would be so much better if they took the "boot camp" classes up stairs or even into a studio room. They could open up so much more floor by doing that. I only went up to the third floor once and that was when I was being showed around. It was more open up there. Better for people who are into cross fit. They also had turf grass up there, sleds and tire. Would I ever join this gym? Maybe if I had an extra couple hundred lying around, but probably not. I really want to like this place. We've paid $300 a month for two years for a family, but it's just not worth it. The outside pool is awesome and if it were just a pool club it's an easy 5 stars. Here's my issues. Don't bother responding with a call a 800 number bc that won't change anything. I've voiced my concerns at the club and nothing changes. We closed our family account and are probably headed to La Maison. 1. Facilities- not wiped down often enough. Same towels hang from machines day after day. Lockeroom is over crowded most times and not well maintained. 2. Price hikes. We've had two increases in our dues in the last 6 months. I've been a gym member for the last 15 yrs at various places- never had a price hike. 3. Treadmills- most water bottle holders are broke. Might sound like a small complaint but for 300 a month I'd like to have it fixed. And the software always messed up and makes you begin your run again. 4. Universal- most of the clips and pulleys are broke and replaced by subpar equipment. Most of the hand pieces are worn over and not replaced. And now we get an email from the GM saying new members will now pay an additional pool club fee that we don't have to. Hahahahaha. Thanks but you already hit me twice this year. You already got it from me. To people thinking about joining- at least consider calling BS on their pool club fee and making them waive it. Don't worry they'll hit you with another dues raise in a month or so... Update: See photos taken today. These pieces have been busted for over a month. The gym wasn't really the issue it's more the trainers . My daughter and I were members for two or more years taking a cycling class . You think you can trust your riding coach but you shouldn't take that trust out of the gym perhaps . One of the instructors there took total advantage of my naive daughter . She is selling cycle bikes and let me tell you she lied to my daughter and granted my daughter didn't ask that many questions but almost 2000.00 for a bike she cannot ride then she had the nerve to sell her sneakers that wouldn't even fit the clips on that bike . Refused to let her return it almost immediately after she dropped it off at the door and was gone . She made my daughter use Venmo so she isn't responsible for the sale . Called the bike company she fronts like she works for but does not she is not verified by them whatsoever she is just reselling them but on her own . They felt terribly for the situation but it's out of there hands . We tried talking to her about how unhappy we were with the purchase and she can't even ride it and she blocked us . Just like that I don't know what she thinks how could she do that my daughter is young she saved up for that bike and still can't even ride it . The gym also doesn't stand by class prices for any ad ons they overcharged me so much money on two accounts said they were looking into it every time i brought it up and they never resolved it . Brianna and I had been planning it for so long and it turned out perfectly . I will recommend their party crew to everyone . I honestly have a love-hate relationship with this place. On one hand, there are great amenities that come with the gym: great group fitness classes, a huge outdoor pool, nice locker rooms, etc. However, it's hard to appreciate the gym's good qualities over my immense frustrations with how this gym operates. First, I'll begin by saying that to me, Life Time is not worth its high price. For a gym that costs so much, the employees aren't great at accommodating the needs of their members. At such a high price, shouldn't satisfying members be their top priority? I tried to come as a guest of my sister, who is as member at this gym and had a free guest pass. Once I arrived, they told me that free guest passes can only be used Monday-Friday. This came as a shock because NO WHERE did it say that. We even double checked the app and the membership contract and saw nothing that indicated this was a policy. This incident was the beginning of us discovering the gym's many hidden policies. For example, members can also receive "Life Time Bucks", which are promoted as something you can spend anywhere in the gym. That's NOT true. They can't be used in the cafe or to purchase guest passes (and there are probably more restrictions that I'm not aware of/weren't mentioned to us at the time we joined). Why market this as something you can use throughout the gym if that's not the case? When raising these concerns, I've received the cold shoulder (an experience I believe others have had as well). While I understand these policies are usually beyond the control of employees at the KOP site, I wish they appreciated their members enough to be more explicit about their policies that are currently being hidden. As someone who also works part-time in fitness, I'm appalled at the way Life Time treats their members-- I could never work at or be a member of a place that shows such little value in their members. read more

This is a first review I left during the last 8 years on Yelp. Overall this is nice a gym, paying a couple hundred more a month for a family membership I would expect more professional staff tho. I don't need a facility member give me a cold look when I tried to get a simple answer about the swimming pool policy. Brought my two boys for wkly semi private lesson, they jumped in the pool trying to warm up bf the lesson. They passed the assessment test and were given the green wrist band which allows them to swim by self. The life guard nearby named Blake V., w no emotion, said they need to come out or I need to be in pool w them. I was confused and tried to figure out why, she got impatient and have the don't bother me attitude, and said: more questions you need to go the office to ask, and turned her head away. I tried to ask what time they can be in the pool by self since they have the green wrist band, she kept her head away as if she does not hear you, Simply awkward for me to stand there... I am not here trying to make a big deal out of a simple situation, if it is a 20 dollar gym I not gonna give a damn about it. You position yourself as a premier club so the staff at least need to know how to be courteous w a customer. No one wants to pay over $500 a month and be treated as a dirt. read more

Lifetime Athletic? More like LifeTime Child Care Center, this place is overloaded with children. There's reserved parking spots for moms.... who are going to the gym LOL. (When I seen that, I thought it was a joke) This place is a playground for mom's and their kids. The "Free" On boarding training session is to get you to pay more for a personal trainer. Staff is more concerned about personal conversations than greeting you and attending to you. I have went to the desk on the 2nd floor MULTIPLE times, stood there for 10+ minutes without anyone recognizing me or asking me did i need help. Their TechnoGym cardio machines have technical difficulties half of the time, their weight machines are really close together. Overall, I am very upset for joining this gym. i feel like my money has been wasted. I came to enjoy my workout, not pay an arm and a leg for a DAY CARE CENTER. This place is a total joke. Looks pretty but below subpar. The only thing thats nice is their jacuzzi and showers, but sure as hell ain't enough for me to stay here. LA Fitness is right down the street. read more

I don't mind the price, as long as my experience reflects it. And it has, for the most part. I think this gym is geared towards a more family oriented crowd, where folks can drop off their kids at the academy and get a workout in, or take them to swim lessons. I was torn between 3 and 4 Stars but ultimately felt I was happy here. Childcare, gym, decent hair salon, spa, 3mins down the road, all positives. However, there are definitely areas in need of improvement. 1. The cafe needs to run smoother. They are very courteous, but inefficient. I watched my food get cold sitting at the window for 15mins and almost walked behind the counter to get it myself. They got too focused on taking orders and making shakes that they forgot to check the order window. It's been slightly better lately. 2. Food quality. I can only speak to what I've had. The chicken in any dish containing it must have been frozen cubes that were nuked in the microwave. Just doesn't taste fresh. I'm willing to wait longer if we could slap a few fresh pieces on a grill. 3. Replacement cards. We've been waiting about 8 months for a replacement card. After a few months, we approached the front desk twice and were told this can take some time because it's "coming from corporate" both times. Is corporate located in another galaxy? I know we can use the app but sometimes it's easier to just have a card for both entry and the lockers. 4. Lockers. Please put a sign up to encourage people to lock their lockers. It's annoying when you end up opening 5 lockers that appear empty only to find someone else's stuff already in there. Staff should periodically go through unlocked lockers and remove items in them to a designated area (lost and found?) so these members can learn to be more considerate of others. 5. It's a pretty good gym. I'm a founding member that locked in at a cheaper rate. I don't think I'd join at whatever the rate is now. Some people mention it is loud, and that is true during peak hours but otherwise I think it is acceptable. Some people mention lifetime bucks are stupid and can't be used on everything even though we told they could be, which is also true. It's kind of stupid how many of the TVs (all the TVs on the third floor) just play their LifeTime advertisements on repeat. I lift weights, some light cardio, yoga, and shoot hoops now and then. It is good for all that if you go at off peak time but we were told you will never have to wait for anything which is not true at all. Classes get full and there are only two power racks. The pool area was fun in the summer but the staff really need to do a better job at making sure that people aren't hording chairs. That is my primary reason for 3 stars. Many people get to the pool about 11 AM, mark their chair with a towel, and immediately go workout. Because of the stone they paved with and that their is no grass, if you can't get a chair you can't stay. I've suggested several improvements they can maybe make but I don't think the message gets passed on. For example, maybe walk around every 30 minutes looking for abandoned chair and throw a card on it. If the card is there next time you come back, take the towel and card off the chair to free it up. My other main reason for the 3 stars is the cafe. The service is horrible, both indoor and outdoor. People that work there are nice, and the food is really good, but there is no leadership at all and the portions are inconsistent. They don't know how to properly manage flow. And it hasn't gotten any better. They also for some reason turn off the online ordering system on the weekends because they can't keep up with demand which is bewildering to me. Hire more people maybe instead of letting money walk away? There is no drive and motivation in most the people working there. They don't know how to help each other. I watched one kid at the indoor cafe wiping the tables down but step over a spilled drink on the floor and leave it there. If you have small children, this gym will "change your life," as many parents told me. The kids academy is fantastic. The facility is clean, the employees are happy to be there and kind to the children. The free (most are included With the membership) kids classes are the highlight of the academy. If you are looking for a little time for yourself, the membership is worth it for the kids academy. You can't leave the facility, but they have several lounge areas where you can sit, if you aren't working out that day. Overall, the gym is very nice. There are two yoga instructors in particular who are great. The marketing after you join is a bit intense, but manageable. read more

Having been a member since the day it opened, I'll give my honest assessment: I feel like the value of my membership is easily earned by the free classes they offer as well as the overall quality of the equipment, the facility and the pool. Considering I dont even use the basketball, squash, yoga or pilates, I think there is something for everyone here - to an extent. What is not so great about it is the HARD and i mean HARD selling that goes on among the trainers there. When my wife joined, she looked for someone to just take 30 minutes to show her the equipment on the main gym floor. 2 minutes later, the trainer was trying to talk her into a $190+ dollar package for monthly training and how they don't really do one-off sessions. It is like the $90-$120 you pay per month just kind of gets you in the door and there's little help beyond that. I also have a couple of friends locally that have heard me rave about the gym but I cant seem to get them in because the guest-passes are prohibitive. I get why they dont want people inviting herds of guests into the pool at summertime but this place would not lose money by letting me take a co-worker before 4pm to one of the morning classes that I take. Also, the LT Bucks are an absolute joke. They were sold to us as being able to be used anywhere and after learning we cant use them in the Cafe (no big deal) we tried to sign up for a group class and turns out they aren't dollar-for-dollar. So we wanted to use some of our LT bucks to shave off the price of a monthly premium class and apparently the LT Bucks only get you a free week of the class, so you get 5 weeks for the price of 4, not 4 weeks for a reduced price. You are also locked into 2 months the moment you sign up for a class since each class requires 30-day notice to cancel. Navigating the frustrating add-on services and the complete joke of a program known as LT Bucks is daunting. It is easily my least favorite part of the Gym. I'm not a picky individual and trust me, it is a pain. If you have some background in fitness and can make the most out of what is there, the gym is great - and there's a ton to offer. read more

We purchased Lifetime Fitness membership for me, my husband and my daughter hoping to enroll her in swim classes. We were interested in purchasing private swim classes before we came in for the first swim class with my daughter last Sunday. We had a bad experience and will go somewhere else for swim classes. When we arrived to the pool and asked the staff about our scheduled class at 9am, no one even knew who we are and that we have something scheduled. One of the swim instructors agreed to conduct a swim class only because her other client didn't show up. She saved our day as we all were looking forward to the class. They made it extremely difficult for members to schedule classes that they advertise so much. I called and emailed the swim manager multiple times and every time waited to hear back for a few days. And when they finally confirmed the class was scheduled, it turned out it was not. I have been a member at Lifetime Fitness for years in other states and have never experienced lack of customer service like this. Ok life time is a pretty nice place but it's very expensive. I was no longer using my membership. I wanted to cancel and they actually make you go in to cancel. That's annoying but I did it. Here's what really annoyed me. A week after I cancelled they billed me again and said i needed to give them 30 days notice. So they took another $225 from my account. Well i would give it four stars for the proximity, cleanliness and all the classes that they offer. Love that they open from 4am-midnight. But, I hate that they have to charge you for changing anything to the account. For example, adding or dropping members to the account. At least 30days noticed if you are changing anything. Restrictions on guest members to bring guest in. Peak season- no weekends and after 4pm on the weekdays. Guest can come in every 60days. Also when I signed up, The guy I signed up with said life bucks can be use for anything in the facility. Yeah right, not the cafe. read more

This place is fantastic. Easily the best gym around. I have been going for over 1 year now and I have only one complaint. Who the F$ck picked the music selection that is blasted into locker rooms. The music is awful and annoying lol. Change that playlist and I'll change my rating. Just don't pick music that sucks like that. How do you even pick a soundtrack for various people. Yes I get that it can be a daunting task but google what good music is and that's a start. All the music sucks there and constantly they are playing it thru every speaker. I cannot be the only one that thinks this. Everyone in locker rooms has same opinions. I have never been listening to a song like a snap this is a good song. Change that $hit ASAP. read more

Super crowded and the kids academy which was the initial highlight for me is stuffed with kids and very few counselors. When I dropped my daughter off for the first (and last) time, they put a sticker on her back and shuttled her in a line. No one showed her the area for the 2-3 year olds. She's a tough cookie, said bye mom and walked back. When I picked her up she was in tears standing alone. When I asked what happened they said that once one kid started crying others did the same. Pathetic excuse and they never bothered to call me. Class schedule is sparse, gyms are packed and pool is stuffed with families. read more

First, let me tell you the positive. The gym is beautiful with pleasant staff that greet you when you walk in. You will pay a premium price for membership at the Ardmore location because they can. They truly have figured out how to allow single parents to work out while their kids have a wonderful experience. Expect to be cross-sold hundreds of vitamins, supplements, devices, recovery devices, and additional services. The culture is one where if you throw enough money into the gym, you too can look like the personal trainers walking around there. It reminds me of a timeshare hustle for gym membership. Expect to pay in excess of $200 to $300 a month if you want to do anything beyond showing up. Is it worth the price? I was a regular for 6 months and then dropped the membership after a year. I love this place. I disagree with the previous review that says all classes are 'rah-rah' or whatever that means. I've found the instructors to be extremely motivating but not over-the-top. One of the major reasons I joined was because they offer a range of different yoga classes (yin, vinyasa, beginner, etc.) and I've loved every single one. I usually attend yoga at least 3 times a week and they are very welcoming, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. I've also been attending spin classes, although I'm still very new to it; since these classes are extremely popular, you reserve your bike online up to a week in advance. The equipment is fantastic and there are at least 60 bikes, if not more. They are fast-paced, high-energy but judgement free. Even though the price tag is high for Life Time, they offer barre which is a plus. Most barre studios are $100 for unlimited barre, but at Life Time I can take all the barre I want plus have access to all other classes, equipment, pool, etc. The only issue I've found is the lack of classes in the late afternoon (1pm-4pm) but it's a small gripe. They recently changed up their class schedule and are now offering a bigger variety at different times, as well. Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to join. read more

This place is really a mind blower. It's huge and has all the latest greatest fitness tools, machines, classes, and health and fitness testing (except they don't have the gold standard in BMI test; tank testing which I find disappointing given the enormous facility). Anyway - This is a high-end luxury club, and although the membership fee is steeper than most (I joined pre-opening, and it is $129/mo), depending on your situation, it might be worth it. I was paying $10 MORE for an Orange Theory unlimited monthly membership so given the wide variety of fitness options offered at Life Time I made the switch. That being said, this club is all about the up-sell which can be a little bit annoying and is one of the reasons I gave them 4 vs. 5 stars. If that is going to bug you, this might not be the place for you. If you can brush it off, ignore it politely and not let it get under your skin, there are great group fitness, spin, and yoga classes included in the standard membership. (Although, I was warned that they fill up fast to pressure me into paying more to get a spot in a small group class, which I also was warned fill up fast too, so I better sign up and save my spot now LOL). You also have free access to basketball courts and indoor and outdoor pools (as long as screaming children don't bother you which it does me, so another reason for a star deduction). They have beautiful, well-appointed locker rooms with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. I don't have kids but they seem to have a robust selection of children's activities, some may be free, I don't know, but there are lots of families. I do so wish they'd build an ADULT ONLY 50-meter lap pool in a quiet spa-like setting which they could tent in the winter for all year use. Triathletes and people who like to swim for their fitness would join just for that alone. Ok, swim teams could practice there sometimes as long as they were not LOUD. For extra fees, you can get active and resting metabolic testing, personal training, and participate in pretty incredible small group training programs. They also have a Pilates Reformer studio and squash courts. There is a full-service spa and a healthy cafe on-site as well. Since I loved my Orange Theory training, I did opt to join their "Burn" small group training for extra $140/mo. I know, I was weak and succumbed to the sales pressure. Although, the class included the $200+ Active Metabolic Testing which I've wanted to get done for years to identify my exact heart rate zones. "Burn" is a 3 day a week full body and cardio workout designed to shed pounds and increase fitness based on heart rate training. I figure I'll do that for the summer to get down to my fighting weight ;-) They offer so much I'm sure I'm leaving some things out, so go on a tour, it's worth it.
