I absolutely love taking their classes. Comfortable spot to workout. No pressure compared to other gyms. There are some people who are running themselves but they're usually very respectful of others privacy. Everyone is usually really friendly and there's a sense of community here. The day after the CDC said masks aren't required they removed the requirement to wear a mask inside, and very shortly after they removed the disinfectant spray too. The gym now provides what's the equivalent of single-ply toilet paper wipes to wipe the equipment, and since the CDC said last week that people should wear masks indoors regardless, they have not followed suit. Just makes you feel uncomfortable going there. As dozens of people go in there every hour and don't clean up after themselves, nor wear masks. And honestly, the spray was nice - it's actually removing a product your customer wants. Come on now!

They have a great counter with a charging station that you can just chill at, have a cup of their free coffee or fruity waters and talk with friends! While I don't currently use any of the trainers, I am friends with many of them that follow my journey on Facebook. They answer any questions that you have and are extremely motivating. My journey started in the summer of 2014 after I found out I was a type 2 diabetic. I was severely overweight and really needed a change. In conjunction with Bounce Back Physical Therapy (on site), they recommended me to the dietitian that was available at CLM. Working with her and doing my therapy plus being at the gym 7 days a week, I am down an amazing 76 pounds and am off all of my diabetes meds. To this day I am classified as a Diet Controlled Diabetic. I couldn't have done all of this without the fantastic support of the staff at CLM, BBPT and all of my friends that I have met there. No worries whatsoever about catching the coronavirus as the gym has a plastic shield around the reception area, every machine gets wiped down after every use and I was completely safe as everyone wears masks. She has her favorite students and they seem to support her, but from a purely unbiased opinion, she is nothing short of horrible. The last time I took her class she again abruptly stopped. It was well worth the cost for me! The main con I had was that the women's locker room was disgusting. The moment you walked in, you could immediately smell the urine. Last year when I heard that the oh-so-awesome megaformer workout was coming to the main line via…read morethis new studio named Plank, I signed up right away! And then I was hooked. The workout was incredible and gave me more strength and definition (in 3 classes/week) than barre classes ever did (in 5-6 classes/week). And it was a perfect compliment to my first half-marathon training. Megaformer classes gave me a lot of strength and power when running and that extra strength even helped take the pressure off my back, allowing me to run 13 miles without back pain (vs. the pain I had when training for a 5 mile race a few years ago before I was in megaformer shape). Hilary and her instructors are all welcoming and personable and I really recommend the studio and the workout to anyone in the area. There is nothing else close to megaformer in my opinion. A really intense and effective workout!
