I knew it must've been some clerical error so I told the very nice gentleman I would return his call, that I would call and get this cleared up. That 3 1/2 years after the fact no one has ever contacted me and I was unaware of any of this. When I called the front end staff, I explained the situation and told them that it must've been some sort the error because insurance has always covered it and I never left with an outstanding balance. That they always put it through before it left. The receptionist that I spoke to was very dismissive and would not even consider that the staff from 3 1/2 years ago did not do some sort of error on their part. Then she told me that there was the note on account saying that I was aware and i went to go get my nails done and that I would return to pay the outstanding balance. I have never ever got my nails done in my life so this story was completely false and how she excused me out of the knowing when the phone call was just for them to investigate and to see if there was an error on their part. How the conversation changed is very disappointing in the staff . What kind company would allow someone to leave without paying for their service not even including the fact they claim to say that I was going to just pay for another service elsewhere.(getting my nails done) No legitimate company would ever do that. Ever... The outstanding balance is not a huge amount and I was more than willing to pay for it as long as they looked into why I was never aware of the balance and no one's ever contacted me. They did have my correct information..... Very unprofessional to say the least.

Physio treatments (I only went for two) were subpar. Actual treatment itself was only 15 minutes. My previous clinic that I went to before we moved to Fort Saskatchewan provided one solid hour appointments for clients.

The clinic has been around a long time, probably 15+ years I believe. I see my Chiropractor Dr. Joan Shaben on somewhat of a regular basis. She is small but powerful! Always have great sessions with her and would highly recommend her as a Chiropractor if you need one. I have also seen a few Massage Therapists there and am very happy in that respect too. I just had a back-to-back (no pun intended) massage visit and then a chiropractic visit and would highly recommend it! They also have an Acupuncturist on staff but I have not tried that yet so cannot comment on their service.

The second time, I was scheduled with Dongxia, who owns the shop. She was very in depth during the consult and made sure I was comfortable the whole massage. She constantly checked if her pressure was okay on my injured back, and told me about the Eastern philosophies regarding the way your spine moves. I have an allergy to mint oil, which is their usual, so she made sure the room was free if it and used pure olive oil for me. Dongxia is amazing at what she does.
