They lie about the hourly pay for their agents and steal their pay instead of disciplining them for poor performance. Agents and customers BEWARE! This company is not in compliance and trains their employees to lie to the customer. The only way to stay within the sales metrics is to deceive the customer. I brought this up during training when referencing previous companies I witnessed using predatory techniques and exact said the inbound calls were from customers who actively desire medicare advance or supplemental policies. I would only sell to those who were actively seeking medicare products. They lie to their sales agents and bully them and certainly lie to the customers.
