He agreed to take out my tonsils and totally changed my life for the better and increased the quality i was living. his receptionist was absolutely amazing and fit me in last minute to see Dr Nick when i was in the middle of a flare up. this clinic is phenomenal and i will continue going here for anything I need in the future, thank you to everyone at Assiniboine Clinic!

The clinic has an…read moreEKG and lab right in the building, so it's very easy to access tests, and handy for your appointment as the doctor can often get results instantly within your time with them. There is also a walk-in clinic ,Rexall pharmacy, physiotherapy, a cardiologist, a urologist (I think, there used to be , anyway.), psychologist, and now a women's health clinic. Fantastic. A nice new feature is that you can book online for a follow-up or new problem. Very nice! There is ample surface parking that is very cheap, and you can pay for it via the Hangtag app, so no need to have a credit card or get cash. I have seen the same physician since I started there and he is fantastic. I can usually get in to see him within the week, sometimes even the same or next day if urgent. The only thing that I could recommend would be to have food vending machines and/or a cafeteria. I think they used to have these and closed them, too bad.

She was fabulous and I absolutely adored her. My visits were always short - just a B12 shot monthly but Plessis Medical Centre always seemed to be very well run, nice, quiet, clean and very polite staff. My only complaint is that since Dr. Pachal retired I was not able to continue with this clinic - something about all the Doctors were unable to accept any more patients. I then moved to a clinic on Regent Ave. and it has turned out to be the worst time of my life. I only go there for B12 shots monthly, and have therefore only gone twice. Last night I get a knock at my door and there is a person with a Registered letter that I had to sign for - so I did. When I opened it it was a notice from a Dr. I have seen only twice at the former location of the Medical Centre mentioned above - on Regent. Here this Dr. who has only seen me twice to give me a B12 shot has made the ultimate decision that I have my drivers license completely removed permanently. In all my years driving I have never had a speeding ticket, a traffic accident or anything else. How dare she do this to me and I really have no idea what to do about this as I desperately need my car - not in really close distance to get groceries never mind walk there and back, I have my darling dog who is elderly and not as healthy of course as he was that I have to take to regular vet appts and on and on and on. This to me is devastating and I am not going to take this sitting down. I can honestly say that I have never really had a conversation with this Dr was hello and goodbye and I honestly wouldn't know her if I saw her anyplace else but in that office. I am devastated about this and how anybody can have such 'power' over another person that they really don't know. I'm not one to make small talk with someone I really don't know and especially a Dr. as I know there are usually people waiting to get in for their appointments. What a bloody nightmare - wish I had been able to remain at Plessis Medical as for all of my years with my wonderful Dr. Pachal there was never ever one incident where I was treated so rudely. And especially without any reason. So really this is NOT a review of Plessis Medical Centre which i wish I could have remained at but how my life has taken such a turn after only 2 very short visits for B12 shots with some Dr. who has done this to me with no reason whatsoever.

The receptionist asked my name and my card I gave her my name which was diff and my card she proceeded to have a five minute loud discussion w me that I wasn't this person, everyone was staring of course by now, and I explained it to her several times quietly between us, she was finally like ooh this one...embarrassed I WAS tempted to leave .... discretion wasn't her strong suit...

if there was an option to leave 0 stars for a review I would…read more arrived at opening time 9:00 twice. both visits there was only one doctor and he never even walked into the building until 9:20. with only one person in front of myself I was not seen until close to 10:00. when I adressed my concerns to said doctor he requested a urine sample, stated multiple types of illnesses like appendicitis then rushed me out with his only advice being to monitor myself for a few weeks. never received any calls or follow ups which he said would be provided.. no care for patient safety

This place is a complete waste of time. I've had multiple dermatology appointments here, and…read morewithout fail, I'm left waiting one to two hours past my scheduled time. I book appointments specifically to avoid long waits, yet they clearly have no respect for patients' time. At my last visit, I was told I was "next," then sat for over an hour while other people went in ahead of me. This isn't an isolated incident, almost every visit is the same, and I hear plenty of other patients complaining too. They continuously use the excuse that they are behind due to business but I believe they are severally understaffed. The issue is that they are not busy, they relatively only have 5 people waiting at a time every time I'm there. If you value your time and expect basic respect, go somewhere else. Keep in mind this is my personal experience, you could have differencing results. Thanks, hope this helps!

The doctor was apathetic, listless and barely spoke to me, paying more attention to the computer. Their manners felt forced and routine, barely taking a medical history, and performing a half-hearted physical exam (the only effort they showed in the five-minute exchange was when they pushed hard on my face to check my sinuses - both unpleasant and in general they felt out-of-touch with their and my humanity). Will not return, and I don't recommend others to visit this depressing clinic.
