We have provided her meals because the food looks like dog sh$$. Most of the staff has good attitude but not providing the service. Room is not sanitated the bathroom toilet had mold for days until they decided to clean it. Experience one nurse came in to give Mom her shot only had one alcohol wipe when ask why she only has one, her words was I thought I brought two but fail to return to get another wipe blood and the stomach area with the same alcohol wipe unacceptable. I pray Mother come home well and not sick due to lack of attention. Me and my sister been here for two week never had words with a doctor requested a call from a doctor never receive. Maybe they will realize they to have a mother or grandmother that may need the same service. Not anyone is bad there were a couple of nurses and CNA that care and not just there for a paycheck.

Several…read morenurses knew less than nothing about administering insulin safely to a diabetic post-stroke who had major changes in his diet. Twice they went to give him large doses of insulin after they refused to check his sugar level before administering, we checked on our own & he was dangerously low at 42! They would have killed him TWICE. We were forced to stay with him overnight several times to make sure the night shift didn't give him insulin by mistake. Absolute incompetence! We were in constant contact with the unit nursing supervisor but the nurses continued to screw up, even bringing in someone else's medicine to give him. The CNAs were constantly disgruntled at working there & very vocal about hating their jobs & complaining about patients. They refused to use the transfer methods the therapists were training dad on and instead insisted on using the hoyer lift which meant he wasn't allowed to practice standing and transferring, which is the whole point of rehab. The therapists even forgot to train him on how to transfer into the car before discharge. Disgraceful facility!!! Do not send your loved one there. Even your enemies deserve better.

This location is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very kind and takes great care of her. She receives physical, occupational and speech therapy multiple times per week. She is also provided meals 3 times per day, which are designed to fit her dietary needs as prescribed by her individual needs as she progresses through her medical plan. Family and friends are encouraged to visit and take part in the healing process. All rooms in this facility are single as well, as to provide individual care and privacy. While my mom is ready to come she knows she is getting the care she needs to prepare her to get there.
