Julio was amazing to work with! I needed help picking paint colors for the interior and exterior of my father's house to get it ready for sale after he passed away. Since I live out of state and it was the dead of winter, the logics were tricky. Julio was super responsive. We had a couple of phone oversations about what I was looking for and he made a couple of recommendations for colors based on my preferences. He was able to use the lock box we had set up to provide detailed estimates of the interior and exterior paint costs and I found the prices very reasonable! He kept me posted as to when he could start the exterior, avoiding rain and extra cold temps to ensure the paint cured properly. Julio and his team showed up when they said to and he sent me photos and videos along the way to keep me up to date on the progress. Julio made a very difficult time for my family and I alot easier and when I was able to go see the house in person the quality of the work is impeccable! I would highly recommend him. Julio and his family live 3 houses from me. I noticed his paint truck outside his home with the phone number so when I got home I called and made an appointment for an estimate for interior painting. He was very responsive and cordial and believe he came the following day. Now this was back in July 2025. He said that since we were just a short walk from one another he would bring a written estimate over to me personally in 2 days. Well, it's now October 31st and still waiting for that promised estimate. He does take his young kids on walks down our block. Three weeks ago I approached him and asked about the estimate and he meekly apologized and said they were really busy and that he would print it out and bring it over on Thursday, which was 2 days later. Well, you guessed it...still no estimate. Today again he was taking his kids down the block and I jokingly asked him what Thursday he was referring to and without hesitation nor missing a step he answered over his shoulder that he has been really busy. If he was not interested in the job he should have been honest about it and said so or given me some outrageous bid. At least it would have avoided this not so favorable review. read more

We had received a bid from another contractor that I thought was too high (I had previously been in the development industry for years and had to bid out all contractors) so I asked my husband to call Julio. He came the very next day to look at the house and he gave us the estimate. His estimate was an excellent price, and at the end it was the exact price - no surprises. Their honesty and integrity were absolutely amazing. They started the work right when we asked them to (we are completely re-doing my mom's house), all work was done in 4 days. They painted the complete interior, including baseboards, painted all cabinets, all doors, and put our new hardware on for us. They also painted the facia outside. Their communication was excellent - every time my husband text Julio, he responded very quickly. They worked around any other scheduling hiccups we had. The quality of their work is absolutely excellent!! I couldn't believe how nice everything looked, especially what they had done with the cabinets. On a personal note, the job of remodeling my mom's house has been very emotional for me. She died 5 yrs ago, and even though I live the next street over, I have never been able to go back into the house.
