Since I live out of state and it was the dead of winter, the logics were tricky. Julio was super responsive. We had a couple of phone oversations about what I was looking for and he made a couple of recommendations for colors based on my preferences. He was able to use the lock box we had set up to provide detailed estimates of the interior and exterior paint costs and I found the prices very reasonable! He kept me posted as to when he could start the exterior, avoiding rain and extra cold temps to ensure the paint cured properly.
