Where to begin? Ignacio and crew are beyond amazing. I had them paint every square inch of my two-story house. Walls, doors, closets, bathrooms, kitchen, shelves and every spot where paint could go. I just finished my walkthrough and I'm kinda picky, yet I struggled to find even one line between trim & wall that wasn't literally perfect. The lines were unbelievably tight without any trace of paint even remotely touching the adjoining trim. Obviously, being conscientious about their work is a top priority. I had a hole in a bedroom wall that he said he would fix. I swear I can't even tell you where that hole was now. Hell, even the texture he put on the repair matched the existing texture perfectly. Believe me, that is not easy to do. Do you know how good you have to be to achieve that??!! I also had a large seam in the master bedroom that was sticking out from a previous room addition and slowly tapered back to the original flat surface. They sanded down the entire surface 6 inches on each side, put in any appropriate spackling, retexture the wall and painted it. It's now invisible to the naked eye. Wow!! I have to tell you about the bannister. It's difficult to paint bannister spindles due to the curves and edges causing paint to drip a bit. My previous painter had that same problem and those drips have been there since. Ignacio's painter sanded down every single edge of every single curve of every single spindle before painting. It took him quite awhile. Then they painted it with a much higher quality of paint made for this kind of job. My wife could not believe the incredible quality of the job. That bannister looks like it belongs in a house much nicer than mine. LOL. Talk about pride in your work! They then spent hours and hours touching up areas they thought needed some extra work, although I sure as hell didn't see that it needed it. It's almost as if he was painting his own house. They cleaned up the house after as if they were never there. Finally, after the walkthrough was done and they were finished, Ignacio spent 45 minutes in the backyard with a putty knife scraping off small little paint residue that had been on their sneakers. I don't have any pictures on me at this moment, but if Yelp allows me to upload them later I will. Seriously, these guys are amazing. Don't think twice about hiring them. In fact, this house was a rental that I own, but I'm doing my own house in a few months and you can bet they will be doing it. Thanks again Ignacio and crew. You should be very proud of yourselves for having such a high level of quality. Sure, you could have gotten out of there a day or two earlier by skimping and rushing, but you obviously care a great deal about the quality of your work. Lucky me!!! read more
