This was an EXCELLENT CPR COURSE!! Nelson is a retired Firefighter EMT and has been giving these CPR classes for years. He is extremely experienced, patient and kind with a good sense of humor. He went thru adult, child and infant CPR techniques and what to do if adult, child or infant are choking. He also showed us some First Aid techniques. Nelson explained and demonstrated everything in detail. He made sure everyone understood and performed everything correctly. You register on their website: https://acls-bls-tampa.com Once you pass the test, you are emailed your card within 24 hours of the class. TIP: You don't need to purchase the books. You can watch the videos in class. The only thing is the quiz is open book so if you don't have it, you can't look up the answers. TIP: You have to print out the ACLS pretest to hand in class. Otherwise, when you get there, the instructor will give you an email address that you have to forward your results.
