I do not work as a counselor here but I do know that this is a very reputable counseling center with excellent counselors. These therapists are skilled and seasoned professionals where clients feel safe and accepted as they process through trauma and difficult life experiences.

I have been going here for about a month i have seen him twice I person and three times on the…read morephone. I stated I had severe anxiety and I couldn't sleep he rx adderall. I proceed to tell him it makes it worse so he gave me some bandaid medications. I called back and said I am still suffering and my anxiety is through the roof and he prescribed me more adderall but a stronger dosage and he stated that he could not see me for three days! I am worse than I was before I went in there. I wish I had never gone to IRA. Do not go here if you want true help! I am worse than I had been In my life because he did not listen to me.

This is a very private and well kept place. They're therapist here that specializes in depression…read moreand anxiety as well as marriage counseling, youth and senior counseling on anything that you may have problems with in the home. Some therapists accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield. I'm not sure what all is accepted, but I know some therapist here rather you pay out of pocket for expenses. This place is also appointment only so you can't just walk in with any problem(s) that you may have and expect to be seen. These people here really knows their jobs and can pretty much work with you through anything. If for some odd reason they can't, they will refer you to another therapist in the area that specializes in your problem.

I still have not gotten my stuff back from an ex that's not their fault, but it really is because they wouldn't let me put stuff in the storage unit even though other people put their stuff in the storage unit. That was two weeks away from graduating program and I have to go to prison for four years because they discharged me because my phone was dead and I missed a meeting on Monday morning at 9:30 AM. I didn't charge my phone before I went to sleep so they discharged me. This entire program is fucking shit. The people there do not give a fuck about you.

She's been instrumental in helping me to grow and move past many traumas and core beliefs that I had repressed for years that were eating away at me. Her CBT methodology is very sound and she has a great deal of patience. She provided me with many resources that gave me the education I needed to continue growing on my own. She was very good at knowing when to dig in and help me face my problems, even when difficult, and when to take time to strengthen our bond/trust. Overall, I am very happy with her services and I'm extremely grateful to focus forward for employing her and enabling her to do her work.
