She said it takes 3 to 4 weeks to come back. It will take about 4 to 5 days to request it because she is busy. She said I've seen these things and it takes forever to come back. We will call you if it does. Oh my. I have enough money to pay for it my dang pocket. I called the insurance company and nothing was sent to them. I drive right up to my main doctor office and got a referral to another office down the street and they started the work right there. I've been a long time member for over a decade. I even received invisalign paid out of my pocket 5k..I will not come back to this office. As long as that biking lady is there wth her rude self. I have 3 crowns in total, two done by Mark Wooddy DDS. Dr Wooddy is a fabulous dentist and he's such a nice man. The last time I saw Dr Tally, he made an offensive reference to Sikhs. I needed a root canal done on a tooth before the dentist here would put a crown on for me…read more The temporary crown they placed was too high and caused pain, then a few days later it fell off and I had to go back to get it put back on. Then they placed the permanent while I was in a lot of pain and while I was worried as to why because of the root canal, they told me it was most likely because of the high crown. They rush their work and hardly listen to what you have to say. Now a few days later, I have an abscess on my gum by the tooth and they said i need to go back to the endodontist. I've been in pain on and off the whole time.
