Then they placed the permanent while I was in a lot of pain and while I was worried as to why because of the root canal, they told me it was most likely because of the high crown. They rush their work and hardly listen to what you have to say. Now a few days later, I have an abscess on my gum by the tooth and they said i need to go back to the endodontist. I've been in pain on and off the whole time.

These were things that were out of my control and I cannot see in to the future to know that I will not be able to get a ride there. And when I called to see if my appointment was still open on the day that I apparently got charged the 2nd no show fee (bc my ride was now available), they said "No, it's a 3 hour block and it's been filled". So, what is the problem here. They are getting $50 (prepaid) from me and whatever they're getting from the people they filled the appointment with. Then, suddenly I'm the problem and cannot be seen any longer. This is also while I am paying on the dental work I had not even received yet. That was my decision to pay ahead. Then, when I asked when do I get my money back since I'm cancelled as a patient...SUDDENLY, I was hit with TWO $50 no show fees.
