She made me feel like I knew exactly what's going on with my teeth and what the next steps are and why. I would be seriously surprised if she hasn't been in the industry at least a decade based on the amount of knowledge she has. She doesn't look old enough to have been in the industry that long but yeah. She even showed me my x-rays and walked me through exactly what they were looking for and showed every spot of potential concern which I've never had anyone do at any dentist's office. The doctor was also really friendly and he talked to me like an actual person who might understand what he was saying which I'm not used to. This was overall just an amazing experience. I still might go back to Colby Community College for cleanings sometimes just because of the price but I would 1000% recommend EyeSmile for dental work. And especially Jada. She deserves a fat raise because whatever they pay her is absolutely not worth the care and effort she puts in.

Lastly, I paid in full the day of set up and now they insist I only paid the deposit, which since it was paid in cash can not show proof. Very disappointing when this happens to a bride for her big day.

We came out of the office not having purchased anything because he showed me where I could get the frames we wanted instead of pushing something on us that he had in stock. Plus, the eye doctor "gave" me a contact lens to try out, then I get a bill charging me $68 for it! Considering that I can get a box of 6 lenses for $35 online, this is ridiculous. Yes, they could have charged me for the lens, but $68? I only went there because they accept my insurance but I'll go out of town in the future.
