Would not at all recommend for bridal hair and make up. A "new girl" scheduled all my appointments only to have the first hair appointment time way to short. Then they scheduled my makeup with someone who didn't even work there anymore. So instead, since they didn't have a makeup lady available, they put my make up with the hair lady who expressively told me she did not do well nor liked doing anything but extremely basic makeup not bridal makeup. Lastly, I paid in full the day of set up and now they insist I only paid the deposit, which since it was paid in cash can not show proof. Very disappointing when this happens to a bride for her big day. read more

I was traveling for work and found myself with a last minute evening to myself. The girls were wonderful on the phone and worked me in for a fantastic treat. Lacey did my mani-pedi and was absolutely sweet and wonderful to work with, even adjusted her sails when I had an unexpected conference call. My nails look fabulous for our holiday party! Dawn did my hot stone massage and i would be lying if I said that it wasn't the best massage I've ever had. She used just the right amount of pressure and identified and worked on my trouble areas. All of the girls at the front desk upon my arrival and departure were also fantastic and I LOVE that they carry Zum products! Thank you all for a wonderfully relaxing evening--I will be back the next time I'm in town! read more

My mom and I came to get a massage after a long week of travel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I usually get a consult before a massage and was wishing I could have discussed problem areas / pressure before hand. Either way great experiance. We did have trouble canceling a servive. They seem stricked with their 24 hour cancelation notice....even though we scheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Great refreshments after the message and very welcoming staff. read more

My daughter was scheduled for a prenatal massage. You would think communication would be vital. I haven't been more unhappy with a spa experience!

I cannot say enough about all of my great experiences in self-care at Body + Soul. Whenever looking into a new service or product, I was allowed to ask all the question I needed to be educated and knowledgeable about something I'm no expert in. I'm particularly impressed by the fact that I had laser hair-removal in 2015 and have had absolutely perfect results. I have had some baby hairs appear and at times a single hair to tweeze, but overall I have been blow away by how well I responded to the laser treatment I followed as prescribed by Dax and team. Thank you, Dax, for helping me navigate my difficult journey with Acne. Your products and services made all the difference. A perpetually calming, warm, welcoming atmosphere...ranging circa 2015-present. In years past, I have had shellac manicures/soak offs, and a few Brazilians. All the staff (despite not being able to recall names) were worthy of a 20% tip every time. I always looked forward to treating myself there. In recent months, I have had a couple of Brazilians via Lacie. She was EXCELLENT from the get go. A Brazilian can be quite the endeavor, yet Lacie's demeanor made me come back (to her, specifically) without hesitation. Top notch professionalism across the board. This was my first visit and I never realized all of the services provided. From massages to Botox and everything in between! I'm absolutely thrilled with the lash extensions Brandell applied for me. They look so natural . She took her time and applied hem perfectly. Peaceful and smells amazing. I highly recommend tension relief/deep tissue massages with Erica. She does a phenomenol job getting the knots and tension out of my neck and back. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Has relieved so many headaches and aches by going this route. I prefer to go here prior to a vacation rather than spend twice as much with someone I don't know at a hotel or resort spa. read more
