If you are looking for basic eyecare or eyewear maybe Lifetime can help you? I went to Lifetime Vision for some answers related to vision problems I was having, what I got was the usual eye exam and no additional care or solutions. I had just had an exam 6 months earlier and the same pad exam was conducted and they were dismissive of my concerns with NO effort in finding a solution outside the usual. I ordered glasses the same day as my exam and when I called to pick them up they indicated they used the prescription from 6 months earlier which extended my wait time for the glasses. Once I received the glasses I tried them out and was disappointed that they did not correct my vision problems, when I went in to return them and ask for a refund I was not treated poorly by the optical staff however the rude and unprofessional behavior by the manager was abysmal. In addition a letter was sent to my home by the manager indicating that I could no longer pursue services with Lifetime Vision, this was not only unnecessary as I had no intention of going back, but also extremely petty. Do yourself a favor and save time and money and seek eyecare elsewhere! read more

Really horrible experience. The staff were perfunctory, unfriendly, and one was down right rude. They kept trying to up sell me on everything and when I kept saying no, they (I feel) treated me poorly after the fact. All I needed was some new glasses, nothing fancy. At the end of the day everyone in that office should be retrained on customer service or simply how to be a decent human. I left feeling cheated, talked-down too, and unvalued as a customer. I don't recommend this place, if you want this type of service you might as well go to Target or Walmart, at least you will get better prices. Update: While the message below was nice, it still didn't address the issue. I went in to pick up my glasses, and the prescription wasn't even correct. I then had to make an additional appointment to get this fixed. Your whole service is flawed. Hopefully things will be better in the future, but at this point, on my end, I won't be referring you or going back. If I could get a refund on the whole thing I would. read more

They seem to not care about our time they tell me to be there 15 min before my appointment. And then they make me wait for 25-30 min in a room after my appointment time. And I can see 5 min maybe 10 min but not no half hour and not even give a sorry about the wait for the staff. very unprofessional. I will not be going back to them! read more

I had the best care. They have the latest diagnostic equipment and a helpful staff. Dr Torkelson was so nice and very thorough. It was the best exam ever. Dr. Torkelson always spends time with myself and my husband to discuss test & exam results and to answer questions about any concerns that we may have. I have always had such great experience with LifeTime Vision Center, I have been seeing Dr. Younker and Torkelson when I go and have always felt like I was treated great! I have used them since I have been on my own at 18 years old. Most recently I was having problems with my sight and I called and was gotten in right away!! I went here for a iritis and they gave me no follow up so it kept cumming back and got worse and I did not like when i was being treated they could not get me out fast enough as worker opened the door to get you to leave with my questions not answered. Went to other doctor that Cared! read more

Our daughter felt very uncomfortably with the new prescription. When we came back for a re-examination, Dr. Yunker reacted very rude and arrogant, claiming the machine is 90% of time correct and his prescription matched with the machine's reading, and insisting on our daughter to force herself into the new prescription. Also, he seemed to be irritated by the fact that we did not buy the glasses in the store that associated with his practice. As an eye doctor, Yunker turns a complete blind eye to patient's comfort and reaction. read more

I left off one star only because it seemed a bit more expensive, though I think I bought more high end frames BUT it is WELL worth the money! I have always gone to the cheaper, discount places because, "a prescription is the same and glasses are glasses," but boy was I wrong! I don't think I could be any happier with my glasses. The service was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I had one small issue/misunderstanding and they cleared it up immediately. Next time I need a new prescription and glasses I will go back to Lifetime Vision Center! read more
