I am writing this review in the hopes to prevent this situation from happening to another family in…read morethe future. On 11/10/20 Kyle Russell from South Florida Mobile Notary Service, was sent to my apartment in order for us to sign the final papers for the home my husband and I just purchased. The utter disrespect my husband and I have received from this woman was truly disheartening. Originally, my husband had asked her to please come as early as possible today so we are able to complete the paperwork on time as I work from home and had to start at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell stated she was able to come at 11am. Ms. Russell arrived 10 minutes late to our apartment. Although I find punctuality to be of extreme importance, I do understand that there are some circumstances that may make a person late, so I chose to not address her lack of punctuality when she arrived. I proceeded to offer her a seat at our dining room table and informed her I would need to have my laptop out because I will be starting work soon at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell responded rudely and abruptly by saying, "Seriously? You should have told me to come earlier, I have been up since 6am." First and foremost, I do not need to know the time she has been up since. I am a Mom of 3 babies all under 2 years old. I have been up since 2am however Ms. Russell was not at my apartment today for the purpose of sharing what time we each woke up this morning. Ms. Russell then proceeded to tell me and I quote, "this is more important," when referring to her opinion (which was not asked for) regarding whether or not my career or signing the papers for the purchase of my new home had more importance. Again, this was a statement she decided to randomly provide without being asked to provide it. After her rude remarks, my husband had to finally ask her if we can please just start the signing process. Which I was fully able and capable of doing simultaneously while I worked. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a stranger in my own home in my entire life. I am a registered nurse and my husband, a fireman working on the frontlines taking care of COVID patients. I have twin 8 month daughters, and a 19 month old son whom were all present during this incident. The lack of respect Ms. Russell has shown to us today truly ruined what should have been the most exciting moment for us. We were beyond thrilled and excited to finally sign the papers today for the purchase of our forever home, and this is what we had to endure? We paid $160 for Ms. Russell to step into our home and treat us so disrespectfully and as if we were burdening her in some way. It is not about the money for me, I am so disgusted with what occurred and I hope this letter can prevent this from happening to another family in the future. I would never recommend this notary service to anyone. I have already sent this to the title company as well as their numerous affiliates who use notary services regularly, and they will no longer be using your services.

Nobody reading this review should ever decide to use his services. It is too risky to use such a dishonest and dishonorable person in which everything relies on him for the success of your wedding day. He is absolutely disgusting. He behaved like a biligerant ass towards us and cost us thousands of lost dollars, relying on someone who is so disrespectful, dishonest, deceitful, cunning, and obnoxious. My wife and I were planning a wedding in middle June 2023. We had friends and relatives fly into Florida for the ceremony and reception. "Judge Rob" was hired to officiate the ceremony. My fiance, at the time, had an argument with me just prior to the ceremony and she overreacted by sending a text message that the wedding would be canceled. When I found out in about 30-40 minutes later, I spoke to her and we resolved things and I contacted Judge Rob and told him the wedding was still on. "Judge Rob" responded by saying, "sorry I have other plans". We sent him $185 as a deposit and the entire day surrounded around him officiating the wedding. We had tremendous costs by not having him officiate the wedding that Saturday at 11am. When I then asked him if he could officiate on Sunday morning instead, his biligerant response was, "No, I don't think we are a good fit." Yet, he was willing to keep the $185 that we had sent him as the deposit. HE REFUSED TO MARRY US! We could not find someone as a replacement to officiate the wedding on such short notice. The wedding did not occur that weekend. Not only did we lose the $185 that we sent "Judge Rob", but we lost money in the catering hall, the cake baker, the florist, a photographer, and all travel plans for our invitees from out of town. It was a tremendous expense for us for "Judge Rob" to not hold up his end of the bargain which was secured by the $185 deposit. I contacted "Judge Rob" a few times to be reimbursed the $185. He absolutely declined to reimburse us and told me that my one kindly worded call was not welcome and I should only repond through email. I did repond through email and he ignored all emails. We are now looking to pursue a multi thousand dollar wedding expense lawsuit against the very dishonorable, "Judge Rob". DO NOT RELY ON SOMEONE LIKE JUDGE ROB TO DESTROY YOUR WEDDING DAY LIKE HE DID FOR US!! AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY CRAZY TO USE "JUDGE ROB'S" SERVICES!

She said she could be available with two witnesses at 8:30am. We drove 20 minutes and showed up on time. We paid $10 for parking. Rosy was 20 minutes late. No apology when she showed up. She had one witness, not two, which would be invalid for the documents we needed to notarize. After we complained about the poor service (without yelling, cursing, or putting her down - just noting that this was bad service), she told us to leave her office immediately. We complied and left, telling her we would leave a bad review. She said "don't bother because you're not my customer." Her witness (who I think might have been her boyfriend) followed us back to the elevator to yell at us that we "need to respect women." We never disrespected her, we simply complained about the poor service. He cursed at us too. We ended up spending $10 plus an hour of our time on this and didn't get the service we needed. Stay away. EDIT: editing my review to respond to the owner's reply. She is flat out lying - we were there at 8:30 on the dot, which was our appointment time. She showed up 20 minutes later. I have calls and texts to her proving she was not there and not answering. Crazy to lie to whoever is reading this review by saying that we, and not she, were late. Also, we were not "rude, disrespectful, intolerant, inconsiderate, and even verbally abusive and insulting" as she claims. We literally just said we're disappointed that she's late and doesn't have witnesses like she said she would.

We showed up at her office at 8:30 am and it was empty. We called and she was unresponsive until 10 minutes later. She then showed up 20 minutes late without the witnesses. She was not at all apologetic and was on her phone and already had an attitude as if it was completely unreasonable to expect the appointment to start on time. The first witness who came 5 minutes later was clearly her boyfriend as she had photos of him in her office. She forgot about a second witness (originally told us she was planning to be the witness AND notary which we had specified was not doable in our case) so she asked her boyfriend to go find another random person in the coworking space who could serve as the witness and only found someone who was with a client so she couldn't give a time estimate of when he would be available. She implied it was our fault because we could have brought our own witnesses, even though we were paying additional for her to coordinate witnesses. Incredulous, we asked (in a quiet voice, no cursing) if this was her usual way of doing business and she flipped out, told us to leave her office, and started yelling about us to her boyfriend. We told her we would leave a negative review and she said "well you won't be my customers so I don't need your review." Her (large, male, intimidating) boyfriend then followed me to the elevator, manually held open the elevator door, and called me a motherf*****, but finally the elevator door closed, and I left shaking and scared. And my documents are not notarized. I am literally afraid to re enter this coworking space due to this woman and her boyfriend. I stand by this review and am willing to be contacted as a reference about it. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: we were exactly on time and you were 20 minutes late. Your first witness was another 5 minutes late and you didn't even have a second witness ready. If you felt it was insulting to you to ask if that was to be expected versus that I felt it was terrifying to be screamed at by your boyfriend and called a m*therf***** in the elevator when I was trying to leave peacefully, then I suppose we have different standards for insulting. The attitude in your response tells all about your service and character.
