Filled out the credit card authorization information, emailed it to them for confirmation. They promised they were going to deliver the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Wednesday afternoon we started calling asking what happened. Voicemail full. Drove by the business. Business closed. I kept calling all day Wednesday and Thanksgiving morning. Sent multiple text messages. No response. In fact, they called me back one time and quickly hung up after 1 ring. They nearly screwed us on Thanksgiving but fortunately after a Hail Mary post on Craiglist I got a response from the awesome people at AJ's Party Rental in Hialeah. They sent us chairs and tables within an hour of having a conversation with them ON THANKSGIVING DAY. I will never use this company.
