It has been frustrating and it's been taking me weeks to find a gynecologist to support me in my endeavor. This is actually life and death. I obviously don't know why he's doing that. Waiting for a callback finally from the office manager to explain why he stops me at every opportunity. This is just a warning for people who might have trouble with this five star doctor. He's not all that he's cracked up to be.

My insurance and I were double charged for a procedure that has been mandated by law to be 100% covered by insurance under federal law. Should have been a simple refund right? Nope. First, you get to speak to the unhelpful office manager where you learn that all of their billing is done in Tennessee and their front office staff is not allowed to use their common sense and knowledge of pre-existing laws. Thankfully, HCA's billing department in Tennessee was exceptionally helpful, but they stated that it's up to each individual practice to educate their staff as they can't do anything to prevent billing. I really liked Robin Davenport and Dr Sohn, but I'll be looking for a new gynecologist office.

I was looking for a new pediatric dentist for my children since our new insurance was not valid at…read moretheir previous dentist. I booked an appointment within one week and they were able to see both of my children. Their schedule starts early in the morning we were at the location at 8 AM which is perfect for us and our schedule. We chose this office because they do allow parents to go in the back with their children. The front lobby was very clean and nice looking. I have seen fun front lobbies for children with games and etc. but this lobby was there a simple with just a TV screen and some chairs but very clean. Not having the toys in the front lobby was fine because our wait time was about five minutes, which was perfect with the kids. When we went to the back, the kids were very excited as they do have TV screens on the ceiling while the kids are getting their teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist and the doctor was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Both of my kids have two different types of teeth and they were very knowledgeable with them. They were ready and able to answer any inquiring questions that we had. Overall, we did enjoy our visit. We were in and out and about 45 minutes to an hour. I would recommend this location if you do have children

She was nervous, more than she probably should have been but regardless she was. As I was trying to calm her the doctor told me I was making things worse, and I was making them too nervous to do their job. We went into the hallway and she continued in a very condescending tone, to tell me that I was causing an issue and it was making them hard to do their job. I calmly said "with all due respect, Can we just stop this conversation and you can proceed?" The Dr. then says to me "I am sorry we cannot help you with that attitude, you will need to leave." ARE YOU JOKING. I never once raised my voice, or even swore. By the time we left my daughter was sobbing. Glad to never have to return
