The windows were not cleaned properly the first time and there was not enough moss treatment laid on the roof initially. They did come back to reclean the windows and add more mods out but totally missed my garage roof. Upon further inspection the eaves, facia boards along roof and many other areas were just not cleaned. There was obvious dust along lower edges and clearly some hard to get areas were not touched.

After a really frustrating experience with another company (they gave me a 7-day pickup window, showed up in a pickup with MAGA stickers, and still left junk behind!), I was dreading dealing with my moving mess again. As I fixed up my old house, I kept accumulating more junk--plus furniture no one would take off my hands. I started calling around, but most places either didn't answer, never called back, or quoted me outrageous prices ($1,800-$2,500+). I was about ready to give up when I finally called Big River. From the very first call, Steve was incredible--he answered immediately, gave me a clear all-inclusive quote ($550 for a whole truck), and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived exactly on time at the start of his 30-minute window, with a helper who was just as kind and professional. They worked lightning fast, sorted items responsibly (separating hazardous materials, metal, wood, etc.), and fit as much as possible into the truck. We ended up needing two trips, but they came right back, reloaded in record time, and still cost only a fraction of what the big national companies wanted. Steve and his team were polite, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. If I could shout their name from the rooftops, I would. Hopefully I'll never have that much junk again--but if I do, I'll be calling Big River without hesitation.
