I had a bad experience at this clinic. The initial issue I had was a billing matter. I received two…read moretreatments from them, but for some reason, the second treatment was nearly twice as much as the first. I called their office to get some sort of explanation. The explanation I was given didn't make much sense to me. The initial person I spoke with seemed a bit unsure as to why the second treatment was so much more expensive, so she told me that she had to look into it more and get back to me. I called the office again a few days later and spoke to someone else who worked in their office. She gave me a completely different explanation from the first individual that I spoke with, and I was no less confused after speaking with their second rep. She eventually told me that she was just relaying the notes that had been left in my file by their manager. So, I asked if I could speak with her manager directly to get a more detailed explanation. I was connected to the manager, and I believe her name was Ronnie. The first thing that Ronnie said to me when she got on the phone was something along the lines of "I'm just going to tell you the same thing that the last person told you." I found this initial greeting to be unnecessary and a bit condescending. She was the third person I spoke with at their office who attempted to explain to me why my second bill was so high, and her explanation was no less vague, inconsistent, and confusing than the other two. I think what I found most annoying about the entire situation, though, was her attitude. She seemed very blasé and disinterested in rectifying the problem. It didn't even seem like she was taking the situation very seriously. In any event, I ultimately paid the bill, but my experience in dealing with their office/billing staff was far from satisfactory. They just seemed a bit sloppy and unprofessional to me. I won't be going back.

I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. The facial was around an hour and fifteen minutes, including a discussion of my skin concerns, allergies, goals, etc. It consisted of roughly four total steps: 1) Gentle facial cleansing and exfoliation 2) Moisturization and detoxification using yucca soaked cloth within a volcanic heated cone 3) Deep cleaning of my entire face, clearing out any and all clogged pores 4) Ionization facial wrap of nourishing cotton with a leather mask connected to low voltage electrical current in order to ionize the solution. I have been a patient of hers for over 3 years and have lost over 100 pounds that was NEVER going to come off with any of the almost 40 diets I tried. She totally understands the horrors and anxieties of what happens when obese people try to lose weight through any means possible and how awfully we are treated by most of the world--medical and regular. I starved myself for years and followed other (what I now know were crazy) plans and the weight I lost just came right back. Using no diets and using trial and error with medications, Dr. Cooper has steadily changed my metabolism to be closer to "normal". I eat healthily--protein, fats and carbs about every 4 hours and exercise on my own moderate level.
